We signed up for Disney+ for the Holidays. Has Home Alone, Home Alone 2, all of the Santa Clause movies. It's the best streaming service for Christmas movies, by far.
Christmas Vacation JUST ahead of Home Alone/Home Alone 2 (which I honestly flip flop on which is better).
Rounding out would be: Santa Clause; White Christmas; It’s a Wonderful Life; Elf; Original Grinch; Scrooged; A Christmas Story
For the feelz, it is It's a Wonderful Life.
The last hour of that movie still gets me and is a yearly reminder of what is important.
For a laugh, Christmas Vacation. I quote that movie a lot this time a year.
I have Home Alone at the top, with White Christmas, The Santa Clause, Elf, and Miracle on 34th Street rounding out the top 5.

I voted for A Christmas Story but you can't go wrong with any on the list. We watch all of them every year.
Charlie Brown,Rudolph and The Grinch were GOAT "Christmas Specials" as they were called back in the day.
i go back and forth between a christmas story and christmas vacation. vacation is funnier, and overall, probably the better movie, but i have so many good memories from a christmas story that it gets my vote.

Versions of "A Christmas Carol" - "Scrooged" was brilliant, and I fall in love with Alfre Woodard every time I see it The Muppets' version gets my vote just for the casting of Jacob Marley and his brother Bob.
Anybody want to see "The Bishop's Wife" in there also? The modern version was good also.

In that case, I'm voting for Mr. Magoo's 'A Christmas Carol', and throwing in a side of razzleberry dressing.
Nightmare Before Christmas narrowly beats out Christmas Story (2), Christmas Carol (3) and Christmas Vacation (4) for me. If Die Hard were in, it'd be 1 and we'd have a legit top 5. Sans Die Hard, I guess Rudolph would be 5.
And now I see you don't even have a legit version of Christmas Carol on your top Christmas movie list. Charlatan.
Bad Santa wins hands down for me. Christmas Vacation is strong, but is fading with time (except for cousin Eddie). Chevy Chase is not funny in any role.

It doesn’t help that he’s a raging asshole in real life. I still like the movie and watch it every year, but I find it highly overrated
