Officials at Brigham Young University-Idaho are warning students against intentionally contracting Covid-19 in order to sell plasma that contains antibodies, despite no evidence such schemes are actually underway.

You better not be doing what we have absolutely no proof we think you’re doing!

We cannot allow anything that brings people enjoyment to happen. 

Remember when we were evil people according to S&L because we couldn’t just stay indoors until May 

the health dept just came to my house..presumably because 1 of the 4 tests my fiance took came back positive.  They had called her a few times but she didnt call them back.  She didnt answer the door.  it has been 12 days since that test anyway so im not sure why they are stressing it.

This sounds really bizarre they’re so persistent, especially given the timeline and that they probably have thousands of others to follow up with. Is she dodging them for a reason?

People already know this. If I, or someone in my family is higher risk, I need to take precautions. That's been the case from the beginning. This isn't news.  

Kinda like we had to bite the bullet and not get together for Easter, mother’s and Father’s Day, summer holidays. Bite the bullet and not go on vacations or have weddings and parties or go to sports games. Bite the bullet and homeschool our kids. Bite the bullet and not get together for Christmas or New Years, either. 

We'll be biting the bullet through most of 2021 as well. Mental health be damned.
