Not doing shit. In laws coming, my parents coming, but everyone knows what they get bc no one really needs anything. We will not be traveling for the first time in awhile. Can’t wait.

I'm going to my mom's on Thursday. I just had to miss our Thanksgiving for the first time ever, so since I work from home I'm going to take advantage and spend some extra time at her house. My husband and the rest of my sibs/in-laws will filter in Friday and Saturday, and we're having our annual party Saturday night. Basically we get drunk and play games. I think my husband and I will stick around until Tuesday, but nothing is set in stone.

I'll be visiting my dad either Friday evening or Saturday afternoon. He lives about 75 minutes from my mom, so that's a fun little trip.

My in-laws live near Dayton, but they're spending Christmas in Florida so we don't have to worry about those extra 7 hours of driving this year. I'm pretty pumped about that.

I'm off work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Hasn't happened in a long time.

Thanks to everything that happened this year (had the babies, mom died), our routine is completely different then usual this year, and spreads it out over 3 days.

The 4 of us will do our stuff the morning of Christmas Eve here, then it’s off to her moms, as that side of the family does dinner and gifts that night. We stay up there, and Christmas morning we do gifts with her mom. We have to add her dad’s side of the family into the mix Christmas afternoon since none of them have met the kids yet, they were the side of the family that usually got skipped and we would head to my side, but not anymore.

My dad and brother are going to come up to our place the 26th and we will do dinner and gifts with them. Dad is pretty bummed about Christmas this year in general, obviously, so getting him out of his house is probably better than going there.

Save on tons of driving now since we no longer live in Kansas.

Friday through Christmas with the in-laws in Versailles, Kentucky. Friday through New Year's Day with my family in southeastern Ohio. We were going to spend Christmas with my family in Hocking Hills, but my brother ruined that trip.

Italian family, so we do 3 large events.

Xmas Eve at my aunt's, the fish fry thing, lots of loud people and booze, kids running around like crazy

Xmas morning, my parent's house. Breakfast, more booze, more food, more loud talking.

Xmas night, at my othe aunt's, insane feast, wedding soup, again...booze and loudness.

But this year, only my immediate family at my sister's in Denver and I can't wait. I'm all about non-traditional holidays these days. 2 days of snowboarding, followed by Xmas eve and day at her place. She will be inviting all of her friends who didn't go home for the holidays, so it should be a diverse group. I'm looking forward to chefing up some dishes that we wouldn't normally have. I've been eating a ton of Venezualan food lately, so that will definitely be on the menu.

Be at my mom's for Christmas day; be hanging with friends on the surrounding days for partying.

Primitive, being the key word.

My wife and I decided it wasn't worth it for us to go back to Ohio for three days, so we booked a cabin in Vermont instead. Will take the dogs up Friday, ski all day Saturday and Sunday, then back home on Monday. We'll go home for a week in January when flights are cheaper and we only have to see the relatives we actually enjoy.

Will stay home Christmas Day while my girlfriend and her daughter go to her mom's Christmas get together. When they get home we'll have our own dinner.
