He seemed like a tool even before getting pissy after the game today

Titans fired head coach Mike Vrabel, per sources.
Vrabel led Tennessee to four consecutive winning seasons after arriving in 2018, but the Titans have experienced back-to-back frustrating seasons, finishing multiple games under .500 both times.— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) January 9, 2024

0 chance it happens, but I’d take him at OSU in a second.
Vrabel fell victim to the "Henry couldn't carry the ball 350 times for great success every year without his production falling off and we have WHAT at quarterback?!?" curse.
Vrabel also seemed to skate by because he said he’d cut his dick off for a SB. He never seemed to be very innovative at all, and in 2024, you need that on offense to have any shot.
I’d never hire a defensive guy in this day and age to lead a team.

He would bring a toughness and physical aspect that OSU needs to compete with the elite teams again.
If Buffalo gags against Pittsburgh or Philadelphia continues their freefall and exits in the first round, I could see one of their organizations dumping their head coaches and hiring Vrabel.

Pete Carroll out as the Seahawks coach
Carroll, Saban, and Belichick all out in the last 24 hours.
If the Browns defense shows up, in a big way, on Saturday, I could see Jim Schwartz becoming a hot HC candidate. Really would hate to lose that guy.

That’s part of it though

Yeah I know. One area where gut is spot on is that, even though I think he's a solid coach, I can't remember the last time another team swiped one of Tomlin's assistants for a HC gig.
Paul Brown, Don Shula, Chuck Noll, Ara Parseghian, Bo Schembechler, Don James, Lou Holtz, Nick Saban, Jim Tressel, Bob Stoops, Les Miles, Urban Meyer, and Jim Harbaugh were all born or raised within the circle on this map, which stretches 315 miles from Toledo, OH to Fairmont, WV pic.twitter.com/Ra4hMrzODh

It’s a new era in New England: the Patriots have hired Jerod Mayo as their next head coach and he will be formally introduced at a press conference next week, a source tells ESPN. pic.twitter.com/SeHKoAonrP

That was quick but expected.
