Pointing out something stupid someone says does not require you to be personally hurt by it. Michelle Obama isn't me, my wufe, my mother or my daughter, so I'm not hurt by some guy on Ohiochatter's opinion about her. I can still think his comment is dumbass.
Maybe we should all be happy we live in an era where we can actually have debates on first lady attractiveness. Growing up when I did, when you had your Nancy Reagans and Barbara Bushes, any such talk would have begun and ended with a flat NO and we'd have to find another meaningless topic to bitch at each other about.

Well, we are so obsessed with celebrity that we elected a reality show entrepreneur whose main skills are projecting confidence (whether it's warranted or not) and talking over others, so...
And he's not nearly the first former actor, pro athlete, etc. elected to some sort of national post, so I'd say it's way too late to be closing that door. When we're dumbed down enough as a society that a person can say "I'm famous and you remember me from this moment, so VOAT!!!!!" and there's a good chance of that working, might as well just obliviously jet down that hill until the inevitable crash!

You don't know me so you can't really count on your "assumption." I've seen Obama's wife and I've seen my lady so I CAN be the judge of that. I also have seen posters on here post pictures of them and their wives and I'd disagree on your "99%." Bar has to be pretty low to be less attractive than MO.
