It is given a new life. It is a state of eternal bliss with the Father....some people call that heaven. You do not "inhabit" another physical body.

Depends how you died your previous life and if your soul is ready to be reborn.
This will blow your mind even more - Your soul picks your parents for your next life. Whatever will help you "learn" best.

Heaven is kinda like the rest stop for your soul. Their is no so-called hell or satan.

Reincarnation is like a staircase. Hopefully you are always taking steps up but occasionally during some life time you'll take a step back.
Believing in Jesus Christ has nothing to do with being reincarnated.
