It will be interesting to see how it goes. CC is correct they do not over turn rulings very often, HOWEVER, we do not know how many of these were like the Nelson situation. It would be interesting to see how many of these were granted eligibility like the twins and then revoked, also how many of these had the appeal date moved up like the Nelson's case.

Actually queencity it sound as though they did try to leave the district, and that didn't appear good enough for everyone to move on, so now there is retaliation from old district. Personally, I would still like to see this brought to fruition and those from the old school to be punished or removed, before it happens to someone else's kid, and maybe the parents aren't as strong in their conviction as Falcon, so they continue to get by with it.

Sounds to me like someone who has trouble with people everywhere he goes (and with all the kids, that a shitload of venue-shopping). Karma's a EDITED Fab1b keep it clean!!

My son has attended clinics at Team Nelson Training Facility when The Nelsons were on Tuslaws team, The Nelson showed nothing but class. Now that they have "MOVED" into our district, Mr Falcon has been a gentleman in the wrestling room, on the mats and in public as well. He has NOT tried to trump the head coach or any coach for that matter in our wrestling room, has NOT been out of line or a distraction of ANY kind. It is awful rough passing judgement on someone you dont know.

Im happy to have friended this fine Family and glad to have them on our team.

I would argue those who don't know those involved are better equipped to judge based solely on the facts presented than someone who knows them.

So you think "you're too good" is a valid reason to have the kids not wrestle to their fullest? Now I understand if they were just drilling or something but when you're doing live wrestling in the room it wouldn't be fair to tell some kid that he can't try his hardest.

Bobby Douglas has now asked if Team Nelson could be made a NE Ohio Regional Olympic Training Center. He points out why he has requested that.
1 Its the only club in the area that charges nothing for nightly practices.
2 It is affiliated with no College or High School and has no recruiting policies or conflicts of interests.
3 camps are attended by a wide range of people in this area. Wrestlers from St.Eds,Wadsworth,Perry,CVCA, Bedford Chanel, Boardman, Solon, Brecksville,Waynedale,Orrville,Minerva,Fairless,Tusky Valley,NelsonvilleYork,Lexington,Mansfield,Jackson,Northwest,Glenoak,Twinsburg ect....Sorry your all important but that is some.
4 We are open to everyone, Tom Roehlig, camps, Disney team camps, Group Team camps, Host family for over 7 years for Team Ohio Fargo Camps at St Eds.
5 On all charged for money camps, all money charged goes 100 percent back to the athletes and clinicians. Not even a facility charge for gas and maintenance is charged.
6 We bring in the best! Olympic Coaches representing 5 Olympic Cycles, two NCAA championship team coaches,Olympic medalist, two NCAA champions from Two BIG ten Schools, Two World Team Members, Last years National HS wrestler of the Year, University All Americans, and way two many HS State champions and placers to count. Thats all in just the last year.

Thank You Bobby for your support, Rae Rae Mcdonald, Coach Collica for the calls he made last night. What sport takes to kid like my son Zack and Anthoney Collica who have battled I think spit the last year,3 to 3 Zack won the greco matches and Athoney the freestyle and yet become great ally's in a time of need.To many coaches to thank.
In closing it does show that in every adversity there is a greater or equal benefit. Good things come from tough times. If your Karma is right.
Maybe even "eligibility" itself will be tweaked and worked on in cases of extreme safety and welfare issues.
Our complex will be open to all no matter how the ruling goes. We will even double up and train with anyone my twins can Wrestle with to help at state even if they can not go them selves. We have already put a intense schedule together for worse case result but feel very good for a positive out come.
I have always said you can Judge a man By the company he Keeps , how he treats his wife , and his kids. I stand by all the friends I have mentioned and my family most of all. For those that continue to trash us , all I can Say until you ever ID yourself does it really matter. Sadly it is the same people that banned all the above mentioned legends from the Tuslaw room because they demeaned the local Coach supposedly . Doc Bennett had over 20 Olympic Gold and world team gold champions and NCAA champions sign a warm up to try and build a relationship( took weeks at the Olympic training center) with the Tuslaw Coach. Doc world renown is now banned from Tuslaw wresting. A shame for the Tuslaw kids and fans. The coach having never done Free Style or Greco has no Idea or understanding how bad I or anyone else would want the Jacket!

All my Tuslaw friends and there are so many good people there that are upset but scared and intimidated that their child will be b backlashed if they speak up. Call the school board talk to them . There are a few that have higher standards than this. The health safety and welfare , throw in eligibility issues will mean some thing to the right people. There are people that have the RIGHT kind of Blue Pride there and have pride in more than Nepotism and looking out for their own. We must not judge a community for the actions of a few unless the masses say nothing! Demand a full investigation from top to bottom and find out why this investigation promised a year ago was never done.

It's not a matter of fair, it's a matter of who is in charge. In the context of the wrestling team in question, the coach is in charge, and daddy, no matter his level of expertise, needs to go sit down, support the kids, and otherwise shut up.

He didn't name anyone, he already ID'd himself. He was also made aware any posts he is liable for. His company's name/identity and their business has no bearing on this subject other than maybe where the business resides and that is mentioned several times, thats it. You know guys I really can take the name calling with no facts and no Identification. I have ID'd my self, who I'am associated with, all the facts to end the hear say, Stand by my every word and it has not been challenged nor can it with first hand facts. You know my Name, my position, my commitment, my kids... we had moved on....It turns out some haters could not. They did not think you could destroy two boys dreams with out risking exposure? From what I know and I know more than anyone on here about what is known ....one way or another this is looking very optimistic and very positive. My family drove over a hour from work to go support Waynedale tonight. No kids of my own wrestled. The twins supported their teammates , My wife gave away some shirts. It was great to be with Louie Stanley and the whole Waynedale coaching staff and the team. With friends like that who needs hateful totally anonymous rock throwers on the internet! LOL! You must keep some sanity in insane situations. You see when your a submariner you are drilled with phycological testing to make sure you don't break under pressure....Trust me this is a walk in the park, a vacation . The twins are optimistic about their "hearing" but there is a plan "b" that is dream come true and great wresting people to support them in their dreams. Nothing in life has to be fatalistic for those that will not be held down by the mob. We will be fine but we will fight and bring hell with us...We are WRESTLERS!!!!! Not Cowardly frustrated quitters!!
