Can't argue with that. I lost a bet so I'm stuck with him until after the Super Bowl.

I've been sitting back just kind of watching the wrestling thread related the situation with Waynedale wrestling. I'm thinking to myself very early on...how is this guy able to continue to slander not just one but many other people and institutions? I also thought to myself that if I were one of the people or institutions that he was slandering that I would consider legal action against him and this forum. As I watched him continue his family saga I thought hmmm something is just not right here. Something doesn't make sense. And then, low and behold today it happened. The guy who has been behind all of the slander offers to purchase advertising space. So, a reasonable person has to wonder if some type of monetary donation has already taken place and this is just a public cover in case there is ever any litigation. After all, you provided a public forum for a guy a to tell his side of the most f'd up story I have ever heard. Along the way he slandered numerous individuals and institutions. It's all crystal clear now. Nice job Ohio Chatter!

No, there is a name attached to it and it appears to be an actual person after a quick google search. Obviously I'm not going to reveal the person but they don't appear to be hiding behind anonymity either.

Well all I know is that the twins did not wrestle JR High at Tuslaw their 8th grade year, do not know if they were at CVCA or not but at the state tournament saw a bunch of CVCA wrestlers with Team Nelson shirts on and they were sitting with the CVCA team in the stands. Like I said I AM NOT 100% sure where they were at, that is just what I noticed.

I believe Falcon did say they tired of the drive to CVCA... Was not aware of Northwest or Fairless. What does "where there's smoke there's fire." mean anyway WiseOwl?

In the context of your post... that is. Kids have attended a truck load of schools, smoke means fire? huh?

i could be wrong ( i was once before) in my reading, and from what my comprehension expressed to my sometimes fragile thinking, is that the twins did in fact TRAIN with CVCA....they were considering CVCA, but i dont think they actually attended CVCA.Clever Guy;656000 wrote:I believe Falcon did say they tired of the drive to CVCA... On a side note, what the hell does Fairless, Northwest and Perry have to do with the subject at hand, (THE TWINS and THEIR ELIGIBILTY)??? As far as i know, they attended Tuslaw, then wrestled "Club" for Team Nelson....and have since MOVED to Waynedale. So essentially, the three above mentioned schools are irrelevant in this conversation!!!
Thank You and have a Nice Day!!!
EDIT: Clever guy, i only quoted you, as you were the easiest post to grab...lol, We appreciate your support and this was Not directed at you!

Allright my kids have team nelson shirts sweat head bands. So what. Its a great place to workout. The kids that go there are allways hard workers. I will say that neither of the twins went to northwest or cvca or fairless. They did infact work out with ohio lighting. Some people will go to any extreme to bad a kid look bad. If you don't like dean that is your opion. My question to you is WHY WOULD YOU ATTACT THE TWINS. Again they are just two kids wanting to wrestle. Look at the big picture. I SAY LET THEM WRESTLE

Also if a kid is wearing that shirt there usually pretty proud of it. IT MEANS THEY WORKED OUT AT ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IN THE COUNTRY.

Can you commit slander if you don't say anyones names?I've been sitting back just kind of watching the wrestling thread related the situation with Waynedale wrestling. My son was verbally attacked from a tuslaw mom at a gas station. Just for being friends with the twins. I was inside paying. My kid knows the mom as I do and was totally shocked at the situation.

I don't think it would matter if it was one of the worst places in the country. Telling a kid what t-shirts he can and can't wear to practice is really silly. I wore shirts from other schools to practice when I was in high school and no one got in my face about it because it didn't mean anything. It just meant that shirt was clean and I was willing to get it sweaty or bloody.Brutus;656056 wrote:Also if a kid is wearing that shirt there usually pretty proud of it. "A dad of 7. I fought for my country. I have been a wresting coach for 25 years. I built a company from scratch to national prominence from a Trailer in a trailer park. I have Blue color roots and am proud of it. Yes believe it our not my property is a tree farm, yes we moved an entire corporate office to my old property in Tuslaw!"
Mr. Nelson,
Beings that I'm from the area, I know how hard your children have and still work to have achieved their successes. I'm a firm believer that when you work hard, good things will happen. Regarding the OHSAA ruling, which is not fair to your boys (but what in life is), we have to remember that rules and regulations are in place because someone or something abused privileges in the past. I can also see the "Tuslaw" side of the story, while I am completely un-biased on your situation, your oldest daughter went to Tuslaw and played sports, excelling in basketball, then moves to Fairless (our rival), then finally finishes her high school basketball career at Northwest. Your oldest son then leaves Tuslaw to go to Perry, just to come back to Tuslaw due to personal issues (you stated that yourself earlier). Your business was re-located, filed for bankruptcy, runs under a new name now, and finds its new home in your "old" home. Speaking as someone who is neutral until hearing both sides of the story, I can easily see how the community has rejected you and your family. However, I do find it horribly immature that their taking this to Stone and Mia's level. They are just little kids. I am truly saddened by that.
