This has been very interesting reading and I agree that if a parent feels that his children's saftey is at risk then he should do everything in his power to secure their saftey. I haven't heard of any of the alligations of misconduct or saftey violations of the Tuslaw schools in the local media but only on this thread. That's a shame cause the public needs to be aware. The only question I would have for Falcon 81 is, when you moved to Waynedale schools and kept your younger kids at Tuslaw, did you have to file through open enrolement to allow the kids to remain at Tuslaw?

Falcon, I have tried to bite my tongue over the past several days of your rants, but enough is enough. First, let me say for your sons sake, not yours, I hope they regain their eligibility. You have no one to blame for their situation other than the person in the mirror. How can you be so arrogant to think you can move your children from school to school without ruffling feathers and causing suspicion? What a conspiracy they have going on at Tuslaw where you file complaints with the AD, the Superintendent, the Sheriff's office and even the Highway Patrol and it all gets ignored. Is it that or have they heard your BS long enough and just consider the source? Sorry, but there is no freaking way a school system would allow all the things you allege take place without some kind of action. I'm sure you will come back and thump your chest some more and attempt to make people believe you are more than you are, but I will try to just sit here and shake my head while I read your crap. By the way, this thread should be required reading for any parent who has children involved in extra curriculars... how not to conduct yourself as a parent.

Falcon- I was wondering If you have given any thought to my earlier suggestion that when all this blows over, you just let the kids wrestle for the school district they live in, and let their coaches coach them?
I can tell you have a very high assessment of your own coaching awesomeness, but trust that I have seen a couple things too. When the parents inject themselves as coaches instead of parents, this ALWAYS happens. It's the "too many cooks in the kitchen" thing. Pretty soon things are said, feelings are hurt, and before you know it you've convinced yourself that the coaches and program is toxic to your kids, and you start looking for greener pastures. Seen it over and over to varying degrees.
I have also witnessed many times where a really involved youth/middle school father/coach has forced himself to just be a "dad" during the short 3.5 months of the school season, and he and his kids end up having a great time. - Don't worry , The cream will rise to the top no matter who's stirring it.
I don't know exactly what happened, but I do know things haven't been working out very well for your situation. I can almost promise that if you give that suggestion a chance for 1 season, you will have 100% eligeable kids, no stalkers, no lawyers, no pissed-off coaches, no bullied kids, no OHSAA troubles, no nothing.

I agreed with a post (i'll try not to do that in the future). If you look back I posted prior to this that I hope the twins are able to wrestle by WCAL's, my only beef is your approach to this situation. I do believe you guys covered the bases and you are in line with what OHSAA has set up. However, I just feel by trying to criticize anyone that has a different opinion than yours you are doing more harm than good for your boys. You are also making more enemies than advisories Let it go and let the lawyers do their job and the twins will be fine.

Again as I have stated before. As I was pulling the younger kids out also from Tuslaw, the Tuslaw Super offered and cleared the younger two children to stay until their special classes were finished. He and the principle said it was standard procedure and that has been verified by my attorney's and the school. The Tuslaw Super was fully aware of all Athletic Eligibility issues and approved the little ones to stay and assured us it did not effect eligibility. FULL RELIENCE on the head school administrator! My 2nd grader was then severely traumatized by a 6th grade wrestler on the school bus and then the final straw of a teacher interrogating the poor little guy about where he sleeps and what his family was up to. Enough...They now attend Apple creek elementary. My wife and I come to work every day now since October to the former Home now corporate Office and athletic complex , Just like we went to work everyday 10 hours a day in Belden Village before we closed that entire office down and moved it to our old address. Many people put their kids on a bus from their home business, that has also been verified. Tuslaw witch hunters seeing us coming to work every day did not know thats were we worked now. Hence the video tapping and stalking , they thought they were really getting some great footage..They were simply ignorant of our at the time "PRIVATE" application to transfer legally and corporate lease to a national company for over 5,000 square foot of our former home. BTW the Sheriffs office did follow up! The Super did hall these loose cannons in multiple times to straighten them out to no avail. The Super called the Sheriffs office the first time ...NOT ME! Why would he do that?? Again remember who was on the school board and working in the office of the school. Nepotism is a really bad thing when there are corruption issues by inside family. A good Super who is trying to discipline children of the School board who hired him. A Conflict of interest a classic 'Catch 22". The Super at Tuslaw Knows this whole story, I believe he will tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth if it comes to that in court. Until then I believe after friday this nightmare will be over and we are moving on . No one wins in suits , we just want our Life, Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness and our sons dreams and goals restored. Vengeance is for Haters. A law Suit for us is just for fixing the problem , hopefully the OHSAA fixes this Friday and we can all get back to normal.

When I have coached I have never had one single incident where a coach has complained about my behavior. Nor has any assistant coach ever Brought the Talent I have brought to the table. That is unquestionable. The head Olympic USA Developmental coach At 100 percent cost to me for use for free for the entire team in a small d3 school??? 27 straight months in a Row!! Bobby Douglass NCAA DIV 1 National champion coach at two Collages, and a Olympic Medalist at Tuslaw... Not enough? Injecting my self?? The biggest compliment I received at the end of the season was from the Tuslaw Superintendent, Quote " Dean for everything your family has been thru here , you were a great Soldier and never broke" he went on to thank me for the speech I gave at the final banquet despite what we both know went on.....After all the banquet is for the kids and finding things that are good and making the kids feel good about their season not airing dirty laundry and BTW way I had already been told the drunks and reckless people involved were being removed... sadly it did not happen .

Some of you ask good questions and that is the point of this thread. Others its a pile on opportunity and you have no real desire to know the truth. You simply want blood and your dyeing to see the Lynching. Good people can tell the difference. Telling my story was needed. It has made a huge difference. The haters are mad the truth is out there and you can tell. People in high places have read this thread and have wrote letters and are now trying to help. Truth is our friend. Some good Tuslaw people are running with the ball now and want some integrity restored to their school. Thanks Ohiochatter. Actually Herbie the support is more than 10 to 1 for the twins and what our family has been thru. More important all the supporters have supplied names to their e-mails in the hundreds. People from Tuslaw including wrestlers have came forward to offer their testimony to the facts. No haters including you have supplied a name not one single one. Why. Ok , I have now clearly established bullies don't ID. There are hateful dangerous obsessed stalkers out there with no other agenda than envy and hate. No facts , no answers, Just hate. I will go back to the the topic and respond only to Legit questions by reasonable posters who want the truth and debate on "Eligibility".

This thread has shown is essence what Falcon has stated all along....bullies and people hiding in the darkness. 1 Your points are fair and reasonable therefore Iam not surprised at your willingness to identify yourself.
2. My going public has made a huge difference in my case. People in high places are going to bat for us, Tuslaw wrestlers and families are coming forward, and I believe some of the serious nepotistic concerns at that school are being worked on now! Our hearing got moved up with much public support.
3. I appreciate your compliments and support of the twins being reinstated, you further my point that 100's of decent people have id'd themselves....for there is no shame in civility. Agree or not.
4. My Hooded analogy is perfect. Cowardly people attacking other people just because they are different. Willing to bully and hurt innocent people with no worries of shame or retribution due to their hoods. Tasteless is what they are ..Not giving educated thought to the topic just pure hate and spite with no facts or Identification. My analogy is not what is tasteless , the cowardly attacks on two innocent boys and their family with no trial or due process ....That is tasteless! This is what people in hoods use to do. The internet is the new way of doing it. Internet character assignation with zero accountability. Many new laws have prosecuted people for doing this. Its long over due. My law firms last case just a month ago freed up and reinstated a young Basketball Player from Norwayne, who was also viciously attacked while waiting for her hearing . When following that story I felt deeply for the family being called frauds, cheaters, and liars. She was cleared and received no apologies from the hooded posters that attacked her family. I had no idea we would be next! I think the likely hood of the twins being reinstated are very high. A teleconference hearing has never been done. I do wish the board had a chance to look into the eyes of my son's , we gave that up when they moved up the hearing, all good still I believe.

Yes very very sad. A kid went to Jail. Kids lives were threatened. Kids lives were menaced. A judge was involved. The Super, a half a dozen times. The Sheriffs department was called repeatedly. Domestic violence calls, a very very very scary ordeal . There are no accusations. Everything is matter of record. No I won't tell the story at this time. If everyone can be safe and no innocent kids further harassed or menaced and our hearing goes well friday, Tuslaw can clean their own closet, I want no more part of it. We want to just move on....Again. I'am glad your troubled its way over due.

I will say that with the living hell we experienced in the End Zack and Zane are the only two punished for doing nothing at all wrong and even having their lives and those of their teammates endangered. The unlawful and irresponsible unprofessional adults....Scott free and probably behind the "Packet " delivered to the OHSAA. A crying shame!! The adults in this matter should be ashamed of themselves!!

I have no affiliation with any high school and I don't have anything to gain if you win or lose your court case. I am simply stating the facts from your posts. You could have alot more support - from those of us with nothing to gain - if you would approach the subject like a concerned father instead of your OJ Simpson characteristics. I choose not to reveal my name on this public forum, but I can call or email you with my information.
