Calm down no one was mentioned by name...They know WHO they are. I told a truthful story, a real story and was kind enough not to mention a name. Slander is the attempt to maliciously destroy a persons reputation by completely falsifying a statement with no bases of truth with the intent to cause a financial loss or mental anguish to that person. Intent to damage must be proved. A loss must be proved. If the story is true you can say anything no matter what or how ugly and vulgar it is ..if its true and you can prove why you believe it to be true you can say anything..

Side note, The cost of this fight stands at 43000 dollars so far, Thats my employers cost of moving an entire East coast home office to my former home in October, a paid leave of absence for 2 weeks, My move to a new home in Apple creek in october, legal fee's, this does not include loss of business. All resulting from direct marching orders and full relience from the Supers and Associations that now ruled us ineligible? The American Dream........If you can afford it. I sometimes miss my days at the trailer park driving my Pinto to my factory job as a maintenance man after I got back from serving my country. Just got my new tax bill on the Tuslaw former house and now corporate complex just yesterday...9700 a half year?? My property dropped by half in Value and my real estate taxes increased by 25 percent??? Enjoy my 20000 a year Tuslaw, when I lived in the trailer park across the street I paid Zero. I disagree that is his right! I don't agree with everything here but the man obviously loves his sons very much and is doing everything he can at all costs for what he believes is right. Right or wrong that is ok by me!

No....I went on 14 Sturgis bike weeks on a Suzuki. ?????? Actually my favorite Bike of choice was my 470 CI V8 520 Horse power Boss Hoss. Imagine being called a Fraud? Whatever she is I hope her emergency medical leave last week in the middle of this 911 is going well . In reality, it dont matter what she is...I think you are out of ammo and splitting hairs. The fact of the matter is, a mysterious "packet" was delivered mid season, and AFTER BEING APPROVED to participate. AFTER doing all the legwork as far as staying legal.....as far as covering the bases and getting Administrators involved indepth and doing EVERYTHING by the book. WHAM, suddenly these hard working young men were robbed of 25% of their season without ANY investigation on the part of the State or Board. No investigation on any kind was incorporated into the decision.....Why is a family expected to go through the troubles to do ALL the right things...only to have a punishment handed down on a simple decision without any kind of investigation to support the rumors. Why does the family now have to jump on hot coals to prove their innocence...What happen to innocent UNTIL proven guilty???? I have Faith in The OHSAA Board members, and The Good Lord that the decision will be made right. When that happens, the "crimnals" that obtained their "packet should be prosecuted for falsifying state documents...not to mention the other crimes committed against this family that the perpetrators got away with.

Why would I need ammo....not in a war. I have wished Mr. Nelson and his sons the best in their legal battle. Just think that someone with a VP title deserves respect as Mr. Nelson feels he and his sons derserve. Again, best wishes on your legal battle and living a happy life.
