Yes they were reported . Yes they promised repeatedly to stop. Judges were talked to , the sheriff was involved, the Highway State Patrol was called but they did away with all internal investigations and do not take complaints on their officers, you have to report to the sheriffs department. With in 5 minutes of calling the highest HIghway patrol office for help the crazed Officer called our home like a bad movie taunting us and mocking us for calling his supervisor he was informed of our complaint immediately and retaliated. His brother was on the school board along with the mother of the head wrestling coach who is also on the board. Again if you do not see the NEPOTISM here you are blind. I shared my text of my son to share what a great kid he is. His character and his family's has been trashed yet he a child maintains his dignity and faith in the system. Negative posters still find fault even in that. What a joke. truefan... No you do not get it! Your not in the ball park! Where is your condemnation of the psychotic, dangerous, reckless behavior!!!! " So one would assume from that statement that you must be renting and have a lease for one year. I could have sworn you said you purchased a home in Apple Creek. When trying to prove residency I would think "renting" would be frowned upon, for sure when you own this fabulous home in Tuslaw, have 7 kids, your wife and you, moved from the good life to a rental property in Wayne County? Wow, what you all have given up to have your twins wrestle some place other than Tuslaw. We know open enrollment would have not worked since they are participating in a varsity sport and would need to sit out a year...no sports for a year. So your home became your office headquarters back in October 2010 when you moved to Apple Creek or did this happen recently. I'm sorry but when I go back and read all of your postings sometimes you say different things about some of the same incidents. I'm sure I am not the only one that have wondered about all of this.

Read slower maybe. My affidavit has always said rent and that box was checked. If you still believe this is about wrestling only.....what the hey??? Are you blind? A house does not make a home no matter how nice it is. Safety, happiness, good community, professionalism, love, and pride in your school make a true home..... NOT THE SIZE of a house. I have not and will not talk about the eligibility hearing again and have shared no new information about that case. I have only shared a hint of another reason that shows the seriousness of the Safety and welfare issues that led my family to the move that has lead to the hearing. That story only becomes relevant if we for some unforeseen reason we get a totally unexpected ruling. You see when you know that you know that you know that your children are suffering for no just cause no parent worth their salt will sit back and be "silent". Thats what got us into this mess, Not taking and DEMANDING that something be done immediately when people act foolishly and carelessly with the lives of children. Giving in to "city Hall" and "Nepotism" just to fit in? If this is fixed Friday and I believe it will be, my family is wiping our feet picking ourselves up and moving on. Most would not. We will not be seeking revenge or try to get even in the courts. The best revenge is living a happy and successful life, thats all we ever wanted but hate and envy does not use good judgement and had to retaliate and stop two great kids. Ok, so with all the shenanigans happening at Tuslaw, how could you not want more than just the boys eligible. I agree you should want and get this, but, if the drinking and underage driving etc... all happened you should not only fight for the safety of your children but for others. Then Tuslaw wrestling team was not the only people put at risk with this. A drunk driver, or an untrained driver is a threat to all on the road and anyone who has knowledge of this should do the right thing as a citizen of the U.S.A.. Bullying in schools is a national epidemic which has proven the ability to lead to tragedy.

I believe your entire story, but, I don't understand how a person as civic minded as you could be satisfied with only getting your sons reinstated when such a danger exist to others.

That is the only questions the OHSAA are going to ask...and it is those answers that will determine eligibility or not. That is what makes it the truth or a lie. That is what makes it cheating or fair play. I would do EVERYTHING to clear my name..and a polygraph would clear 99.9% of all doubt. Those are answers that you don't need lawyers for. They don't know the answers. All the rest is good reading, and factual or not..don't mean jack sh*t as far as the eligibility question....right 'Trigger'?

Good questions, if you go back to his many post on yappi, he actually makes post on the exact mileage that his boys have to drive from the Tuslaw place to Wayndale schools. Now if they were actually sleeping in that home why would he make such posts. ALL BS

I have spent the last several years in this mess . My stories have been shared with the Super, principle, Highway Patrol, Stark county Sheriffs department, a Judge, and the AD. The stories have been documented and in all most all cases verified and admitted. This is why I am not being sued and would love the opportunity to be sued for that because then all those concerned would have to supply full testimony and evidence. Self incriminating for them .
The real question is why not the administration, the AD or the coach handle it, i am just a parent with no power or authority! They investigated and promised to fire all those involved for 7 months. They didn't....Why??? Easy ..Major NEPOTISM!! Or The Good OLE BOY network. Instead the men of highest regard, Olympic coaches, Men Like Bobby Douglas, Doc Bennette(Doc is coaching Team Usa in India today)(fired from Tuslaw for knowing us), ,,Organizations like Team Nelson....All fired , all Banned from the big time Tuslaw wresting room. Big fish in a little pond. A huge tree stealing all the sun light. Napoleon syndrome. If they're true then he did quite a great deal to fight against a "nepotistic" school system and found himself so tired of the fight, and lack of result that they moved. Unless you revert back to your original story that they're UNtrue, in which case they're was never any danger and leaving school would not harm others. Which is it? You want me to sue Tuslaw and those involved if this is fixed? Then I will be a evil rich guy taking money from the hard working locals. You bet I want two innocent kids to be eligible! His kids are his responsibility. He met his responsibilities to everyone else's kids when he initially said something to officials with the team. If other parents were not aware of what happened then, then I am sure they are now. They can choose how they follow up with their kids safety in mind. He removed his kids from what he found to be an inappropriate environment. I don't necessarily agree with all of the things he considers unsafe, but I believe that he had the right to make that difficult decision for his family.

Falcon81----was it the 9-20-10 meeting that you saved Tuslaw from the annexation?

Close with my blog of the day with something positive. Thanks to the Tuslaw people that have came to our support who are willing to come forward and back up what i have shared. I'am sorry that those people fear for retribution on their kids and I hate to say they have reason too. Most are move ins like us that are not part of the alumni network. Thanks to the coaches all across the state that have sent letters of support and made phone calls. Thanks to the OHSAA for moving up the hearing. Thanks for the unwavering support of the Waynedale community, coaching staff, Administration and Die hard fans. Thanks for the new facebook "Save the Terror Twins" Facebook page. Thanks for the best Law Firm ever. Thanks to Ohiochatter for Freedom of chatter both ways! our case is done , the hearing on Friday. Everyone involved is feeling pretty good. Yes my twins are frustrated for what they have missed but may have learned a far bigger lesson about life and people , good and bad and holding up under pressure. Life is not always fair but you still control the final outcome by how you fight and if you fight with integrity and truth. This may have done more to give them purpose and resolve than anything else. Time will tell. God bless!

and you would be wrong AGAIN. Nice try, Trigger. Respect, like freedom..is earned not given freely. I would say you owe me some respect and thanks ..but I did what i did despite of people like you..not for them.
