I am sure once Falcon81 gets something definitive he will let us know. I am anxious for the ruling as well, and hoping the OHSAA does the right thing and lets the boys wrestle. When it all comes down to it, like or dislike of anybody put aside, there really is only a couple questions. Before condeming, ask yourself this, what has the boys ever done to you personally, and second, if it was your kid whose dreams and hardwork would be jeopardized how would you react? I know I for one would drop somebody in their tracks if they ever did anything to my child, as I am sure most parents would, and you hear stories all the time of similar instances. Keep the boiling blood and anger in check and eliminate it down to those two simple questions, your responses may be different.

There is only one question. Were rules broken? If not, they wrestle and all is well. If so, then they don't...and my popcorn is popped just in case.wrestlersdad;664564 wrote:I am sure once Falcon81 gets something definitive he will let us know. I don't believe many, if any of the posters want to see the boys ruled ineligible. From what I've read they are good, hard working young men. The crying shame here is they are actually innocent bystanders that are paying a price for the actions of the one person who wants to protect them the most.

Something that "they" did? There have been issues at each and every schools system this gentleman has sent one or more of his kids. There is one, and only one common thread.

How do you know that we are oblivious to the facts and have never met the family. Maybe you don't know the other side because you are only hearing one side of the story. You do live in waynedale.

You are right...Common threads..Illegal drinking by staff. Including a conviction for a felony . We were not involved in either. 3 varsity coaches in two years at the one school, we were not involved again in any of those instances we simply have values and standards and will not tolerate dangerous and illegal behavior by tax paid officials in charge of children, we left quietly along with 4 other starters that felt the same. Back to thread please.queencitybuckeye;664655 wrote:Something that "they" did? There have been issues at each and every schools system this gentleman has sent one or more of his kids. I don't know any of you guys. The story sounds strange.... to many he said she said. I think the anonymous packet is B.S., in terms of someone would turn it in and it would be accepted. Regardless of the whole story I hope this turns out well for your sons. Kids are usually stuck in the middle of these situations that are caused by adults.
Good luck to your sons.

Thank you for the kind words. What is funny and amusing to some is heart wrenching for two kids that everyone agrees did nothing wrong and after the hearing I see nothing anyone did wrong. The mystery "Packet" in Question from"The 40 citizens of Tuslaw to protect our athletics" ???? How sad and pathetic for so many adults to attack two model student/ athletes. Hate is powerful, we will forgive you and move on soon God willing.mella;664946 wrote:I don't know any of you guys. The story sounds strange.... to many he said she said. I believe and everyone in our room at the hearing believed every question was answered and feels eligibility is on its way. The Waynedale Super and AD were spot on and a family could never have a better administration behind them ever! My sons made me proud to day. They on their own put a plan together to dedicate themselves to freestyle and greco tomorrow if need be and touched me with their attitude of optimism no matter what the outcome. They were smiling when they entered the hearing and smiling when they left. Man I wish I was more like them! .........I'am not smiling....Yet..

Well shocking and unexpected news. Despite that what we thought was a slam dunk hearing but now looking at it was decided before it started hearing, they have ruled to keep the twins ineligible. We were so sure we all were even planning a big get together. I'am going to share the results of the hearing and then I'am getting to work and will not be making any more comments till monday. Please respectfuly conduct your debates until our case is filed in the courts. I'am sure this result pleases many.

The few facts,
1 the packet was anonymous. Its title, roughly, "the 40 citizens of Tuslaw to protect our Athletics" Zero affidavits, no names behind it, Incorrect dates. No witnesses provided. Admissions they went thru our mail, a federal offense.
2 the Clerk who swore she never talked to any one at waynedale and ruled the twins ineligible, now remembered miraculously precise new details of conversations she now does remember. She all but called our Superintendent a liar.
3 One day after we agreed to this kangaroo court the Clerk suddenly had a relative fall ill the same day and could not get us any info to prepare our case. But she showed up at the hearing conveniently with a new memory.
4 They wanted our case and packet done by Wednesday and we asked if there was any thing else and to send it to us so we could be well prepared because we only were given a 20 minutes hearing. Our packet was fed xed on wendsday to each individual Member! our case done! They sent nothing and did not even reply. They then send the "Tuslaw community care package" to us thursday after the law office closed. Disgraceful!!! I was called last night at 630 and we had to review into last night "The Packet"!!! The packet has no name behind The "40 citizens" My lawyers said it could be one guy for all any one knows!

A shocker to me.....Jeff Jordan was one of the henchman. A man that brings transfers from all over the country! The number one HS program in the country drilling Waynedale for transfer violations??? What the HELL is that?????? WayneDale has 1 move in in ten years and is punished by a guy who transfers for a living year in and year out. I have never seen any thing more corrupt in my life!!
