As I said on the Wayne County thread...I think you're misinterpreting this post. To me, it signals that this thread has gone off the tracks. Which it has repeatedly to the point where there's been multiple discussions between mods about keeping a close eye on things or possibly shutting it down if hostilities flared up too much.

And to make another point, let's say that pic was made with any sort of malicious intent...so what? The OP has made a number of lengthy posts trashing multiple people associated with the Tuslaw school district for real or perceived reasons (not saying "perceived" as in that I don't believe Falcons; saying it because as a third party with no personal knowledge, I have nothing to go off of other than the words said here and in the Wooster paper articles I've read as a result of this thread). If us mods were to take action against posts that POTENTIALLY could be meant as a stab towards the OP, shouldn't we also eliminate all the posts that definitely are attacking various people affiliated with Tuslaw?

When I saw the' Pic' in question, I thought it was a reference to the topic 'going off the tracks/topic'. I guess I was wrong. I also thought it was posted after the OP went off with his "Jordon" posts which are now gone..err have been deleted. Now I understand a different interpretation of it, which still fits if you would have read the posts, about an innocent "Jordon" being attacked, when the OP was letting out frustration...then again I could be wrong.

I couldn't agree more. It is like Jerry Tarkanian once said "The NCAA is so mad at Kentucky, it's going to give Cleveland State two more years' probation."

High profile program's getting kids "transferring" unsolicited (right), junior high kids "redshirting" at alarming rates, coaches running year round practices under the guise of "freestyle clubs", an alpha testing procedure and results that at best are laughable, and lack of any solid programs for officials' recruiting, training and evaulation. You would think that OHSAA would either be consistant and actually punish ALL offenders or none.

These are two great kids that just got screwed. Maybe Jerry Tarkianan was actually talking about OHSAA instead of the NCAA. Total joke as an organization.

I got my first good nights sleep in two weeks thanks to the two greatest sons a dad could ever hope for. Forgive me please for all my rants last night . I was blinded by injustice and was simply in a state of exhausted angry rage. My deepest apologies if I offended any one..... Again my sons, the victims in this soothed me and again they are my pride and joy! From the Waynedale Basketball game Zack text and said this "Dad I know this is all crazy and unfair for all of us but in the long run this will make us stronger and in the years to come the people that did this to us and made stuff up will be ashamed when we are standing at the top of the podium and our team are state champions. Dad, We want you to smile again...I love you so much. You did everything you could have done for us, please let this go we want you to be happy , that is more important to zane and me." I cried for 30 minutes after receiving this and again now sharing. I slept hard . I I CAN not Smile yet......Tears is all I have.
OHSAA you prove to me two young men have more wisdom than your shock and awe iron fist sham and unfair and highly educated group of fools. You ignore a packet of bona fed bullet proof info with a legal affidavit behind every fact and document and you go instead with a "packet" delivered by a group called" 40 concerned Tuslaw Residence protecting our athletics" They supply not "ONE" single affidavit! Not one name of the "40 citizens" Not one name of the person who said they saw what they saw. Zero pictures or video, or they did and you got rid of it because it shows trespassing. Admissions that they went thru our mailbox, a federal offense. All the dated the OHSAA and my lawyers agree had all wrong and falsified dates. This militia group and "packet' ended my sons season. I will write one last step by step summery of how the week was handled.

The Week of the tribunal.
-The original date is a sham even if we win it is timed to end the season for the twins state dreams.
-It is moved up because of what the OHSAA referred to as the "Dean" situation and the calls they were receiving from the public.
-They limit it to 20 minutes.
-Teleconference now not in person face to face.
-Immediately after agreeing to the new hearing, Debbie Moore the person who approved every detail and exception on our transfer to Waynedale and the individual who received the "Mystery packet" and on her own now ruled the twins ineligible puts in for a entire week of medical leave for a sick relative.
-We are told Debbie Moore will now not be available to us to prepare our story.
- My lawyers send multiple request for all pertinent info from OHSAA the Debbie Moore has or had. OHSAA doe not respond to request and sends nothing and does not even give the courtesy to my lawyers to explain ...Nothing.
- We on the other hand must have our Packet done and hand delivered to each and every Board member by thursday to each of their homes or businesses so our case must be completed by Wednesday.
-My wife and I go to our lawyers and spend the entire day going over our packet thursday.
-Everyone feels its a slam dunk , open and shut case or a least it would be in court.
- We are told to go home , relax and now have no worries the lawyer felt this could and probably would be over tomorrow, we all expected a great ruling the next day.
- 6:30 after law firm closes, the night before hearing, our case prepared , paid for, sent to all Board members, The OHSAA sends the secret Packet they used to make my sons ineligible. @#$%^&*!!!!
- we have to reconvene late at night to figure out how we address a secret packet delivered after our case was already done??
- No extra time was offered by the OHSAA to address the new info. Still only 20 minutes for two young wrestler and the next 52 weeks of their lives , 25 percent of their short HS experience.
- My lawyers and I are know realizing this was a set up. My lawyer and I the next morning discover neither of us slept a wink and were now realizing this was not good.
- The Mystery packet had it, a title " 40 concerned Citizens for the protection of Tuslaw athletics", Zero names, Zero affidavits, Hear say the twins were seen here and there but no named witnesses offered, 5 pieces of personal mail sent to the Corporate Complex(a federal offense and now my earlier claims on chatter that our mail was gone threw and thrown on the road several time made sense). Evidence my wife 's voter registration had not been changed in time. Mother of 7 and it was not required by Debbie Moore. Proof my two youngest were still at Tuslaw, also pre approved to Debbie Moore , The tuslaw Super , and the Waynedale super and cleared and assured it would not effect the twins eligibility. Affidavits from the Tuslaw and Waynedale Supers to back that up. In the packet statements that two other of my 7 children transferred. So what they were legal and have never been challenged and turned out great. Of course no mention of other daughter who is the number one scorer in the last 35 years at Tuslaw basketball or that she was the Captain of the cheerleading squad and the prom and homecoming queen, that might damage their "packet" and light they were painting my family with. Quotes from Yappi that I was disappointed in Tuslaw wrestling and the safety issues at Tuslaw...No kidding!! That was the packet delivered .

I do not believe everyone is wrong but falcon, it is horrible the kids do not get to wrestle but I don't think the ohsaa would make a ruling without sufficient proof. I think its time to quit "throwing stones" and blaming everyone else. Again I feel for the kids season because its time they will never get back.... just my opinion

-Role call ....Including that of Jeff Jordan, Sadly a misunderstanding on name play ..what are the odds??
- The Dr. and Superintendent of Waynedale gives a great speech stressing this is all a misunderstanding between adults at the OHSAA and School Officials and nothing to do with the twins and the Nelsons! He pleads with the OHSAA not to hand down a sentence on the twins because of semantics and memory loss of OHSSA officials. Great speech I thought how could they ignore his logic.
- My attorney goes all threw our packet and all affidavits showing this was a big mess on the part of the adults with great photo's , All our bank accounts, Dozens of supporting real witnesses and affidavits. pretty much stripped our family naked Including 14 confirmed visits by the Waynedale AD and we were always there 1 to even 2 cars in the drive way not including the one my wife parks in the garage at Apple creek. Slam dunk???? The residence Utility bills shows 3 times the electric bill of any previous renter ever and even a affidavit by a neighbor to our landlord complaining our family is to big and loud to be in the house,LOL. Affidavits of other Waynedale kids who did sleep overs at the apple Creek home. Not one witness or affidavit supplied by the" 40 concerned citizens of Tuslaw" Packet ..not one.
-She has to cover our entire complicated 20 exhibit case in only 15 minutes and refute the secret packet that she got late the night before.
- Questions by the board was next. Deep questions like the one by Jeff Jordan, " MR Nelson why do you have a picture of your wife on your Corporate Desk?" Answer" I love my wife", " Why don't you have more pics of your family eating? Holy crap!! Who does??
Debbie Moore the OHSAA official that made all the calls from start to finish that went on Medical leave finally shows up half way thru the hearing. She apologizes for being late. (hey its only two kids and what they love more than anything, and Debbie is the one that decided the Twins fate, so what if she is the only one late to save them now!) She attacks the Waynedale Superintends story in a high pitch panic voice. Attacks the Waynedale AD's Story and after swearing she never spoke to Waynedale officials just 2 weeks earlier she has new detailed and at length new memories of conversations that now that suddenly did happen she denied two weeks before. She states" if I had know the Nelson were still married and together I would have not ruled them Ineligible", she accused the Waynedale Super of confusing her. You would think that statement would have ended this case.Thank goodness we supplied a court reporter.
- Questions over... we must adjourn we are running late, teleconference over.
- I did not get to address the Board.
- My sons who worked hard on preparing their speech ...silenced.
- My wife that wanted to share her story with the Board.....silenced.
- My attorney were not permitted to ask questions about the Board or Debbie Moore or what they knew or why they did this....Silenced
- Again at the last hour of the day my Lawyer receives the call that the OHSAA is standing by their Ineligibility decision.
- My attorney informs me if we take them to court they indicated that the OHSAA may increase the twins punishment in retaliation, they could be looking at not wrestling Till they are SENIORS!.
- None of the Major Safety issues that caused the move and endangered the student athletes were allowed to be brought up ...None

-Conclusions, this was a sham pre decided kangaroo court hearing in front of a Privately owned, Coaches membership club looking after the Good ole boys at the OHSAA.
-What is a family to do against a bully out of the reach, non government private club that controls our school athletics and make up there own rules with zero due process!
- Tax payers have no vote on the OHSAA.
-The superintendents no longer have any say , even in a extreme safety emergencies after the OHSAA changed their rules and removed the Supernatants powers over athletic matters and the welfare of the Student/Athletes.
- Our schools are a mess.

This whole incident of ineligibility is the only thing they want to talk about. Not about your safety concerns, not why you went to Waynedale, or what your kids have to say or you or your wife. The reason they are ineligibile is because, at that time, you did not live in Waynedale's district, you still lived in Tuslaw! Yes, maybe an older child of yours did live in that house in Apple Creek but did you and your wife and all 7 children? Hard to believe a neighbor would complain in the winter with the windows and doors closed about your family making too much noise, you have to be kidding, right? You are saying in October 2010 your entire family moved there. Left your little ones to attend Tuslaw district even tho you have stated the hatred you have for the Tuslaw community. As you stated before to the Tuslaw community, "see you in court."

Granted, since all of this hit the fan, I am sure now you DO live in Waynedale because everyone is looking, checking, and making sure you and your wife and children are in that one house. But actually if you now wanted to spend your days and nights in your million dollar spacious house (office, sorry) in Tuslaw, you could since the decision has been make for this year about eligilbilty. Forgot, they still need to live in Waynedale to attend school there, don't they?

I truly feel sorry for your twins, they are children who do what you, their father, tells them to do. O.k., boys we are done with Tuslaw, we need to find another school district for you to wrestle in so lets go to Waynedale. Don't worry, I have lawyers that can make this happen, everything will be fine.
From what I see is the fact that you could not make it happen this time, even tho it was good for awhile.

I have no idea what the "packet" proved or did not prove. OHSAA obviously felt it was enough to prove your "family" were not residents of the Waynedale School District.

They will lose a chance to put a couple of awards around their necks...not a big deal in the big picture.

Also, considering I have no idea who you are, have never even talked to you on any message board, and haven't moderated anything where you had posted 1_beast, I'm quite interested where you have developed such a fine opinion of me (or who you incorrectly assume that I am). I mean, I don't particularly care how you feel, but I am interested as to how you got there.

I think the biggest concern on this whole matter was in the Wooster Daily Record at the end of their article today. When asked to supply a statement on their ruling, OHSAA officials declined to respond. Whether you agree with this decision or not, this group of cowards on the OHSAA Board has an obligation to conduct hearing that are open to the public. Just imagine this was you on trial and OHSAA was the judge. Would you really feel good about the process??? I think not.
On another note, after paying $9 for football high school playoff tickets this season, my family and I are also done attending these games. Attendance to these games is dropping each year and this group of idiots just keeps raising ticket prices. They are ruining the programs they claim to be trying to help.
