If I double tap once I zoom in.  If I double tap again it zooms back out.  I can pinch zoom in and out like normal.

Does zooming in give you the mobile site? It’s based on screen size so my assumption was your phone is huge and it’s basically treating it like a laptop. Zooming in should give you the mobile site  

My pics almost always work but often have to select small, medium or large instead of actual size. I don’t think small or medium has ever not worked…on occasion large doesn’t fit.

Yeah I think it has to be under 1mb or something like that, I always select medium.

It used to give me the mobile site.  It stopped doing that a few weeks ago.  If I reload the page, the mobile site flashes for a second then it goes back to the desktop site.

If you click the 3 dots menu, do you see a "desktop site" option? It looks like it might have a checkbox based on this link. I'm just curious if that has somehow been checked and why it's forcing the desktop site on you.
