Already gone lol...son had XC practice at 6:00 so we ate early.
A pasta boiling trick I just learned a couple weeks ago. Once water is to a boil at 212 degrees just insert pasta and turn off gas/electric burner and it holds over 200 degrees for next 10 min and pasta is a perfect texture when done. Saves 8-10 min of gas or electric too. No clue why I never knew this 🤷🏻♂️

It has a few settings and 2 tops. One is for pressure and one is for “air frying”
My wife makes some pasta sauce with mushrooms in it. I know it has a name, but I've never bothered asking. We had that.
Mushroom sauce, bowtie, and garlic bread. Delicious.
