Big win for OSU. Defense looked solid.

If the defense stays that good and Sayin/OL/RBs improve this could be a great season.

Great start for the Buckeyes. I understand the conservative play calling for Stan’s first start. Awesome defense. Go Bucks!

Great defensive effort. Either they're really, really good or Arch just ain't all that no matter how much hype his last name gets him. Probably a combination, although he did seem to be more comfortable late in the game, so part of it could have been nerves.

Sayin was solid on offense. Be a bit of a shock to the system this year not having the same dynamic air attack that dudes like Stroud or Howard provided, but for a guy making his first start (or appearance that wasn't in garbage time), he looked good and didn't make any real mistakes. Hopefully it was just Texas having a really good defense because if not, the running game will take a HUGE step back from last year. The WV guy (Donaldson) looked solid, but Peoples didn't really provide anything as the speed guy. Run defense also wasn't what it was last year, but replacing the whole DL will do that for you. Texas didn't break anything really big, but they were moving the chains and holding the ball during the first half or three quarters when Manning looked completely clueless.

Also as a positive. Got through a game without a pass interference on Igbinosun. Think he can be elite if he cuts those down to a minimum instead of averaging one per outing.

I think the SEC refs had something to do with it

I hope his girlfriend doesn’t break up with him.

Oh, he’s making $10 million this year. She’ll be fine.

Jordan Hudson’s boyfriend had a rough debut. I hear there’s an exchange stunt at UNC named Strom Crady who may be interested in a walk on opportunity with the football team. Maybe Hudson’s boyfriend will give him a try.

I didn’t copy it right or whatever but there was a caption that went with this pic that said something like “hey Bill…turn around and put #78 in the game”

That is a big boy.

That score is very lopsided, the final was 48-14. 34 point differential is pretty big. But when your girlfriend is 49 years younger…well I guess it’s all relative.

Lousy weekend slate if Michigan-Oklahoma is the marquee game.

I was on campus before the game for a college visit and I was telling the OU kids on the tour that it would be a good game and I could see a W

I also know that next week WVU hosts Pitt their hated rival and this was a trap game extraordinaire

Probably didn’t want them partying with the OU crowd

Pitt played a bad MAC team and won good but only bumping them up to #39

Need a win at WVU next week

Looks like Jordan Hudson's boyfriend has gone full "Get off my lawn!". Because he contends he is "not welcome at Patriots facilities", they (Patriots scouts) are not welcome at UNC facilities. I know that must crush the Pats scouting organization. Based upon that UNC has show thus far, I'm certain the Tar Heels will provide the largest haul in the 2026 NFL draft.
