But I really like benching. In a couple weeks I’m going to attempt 300. I did 285x2 earlier this month. A year ago I was happy doing 235.
I really don't know what my squat and deadlift maxes are, but I am over 1,000 with my normal sets.
Bench - Max 365
Squat - Normal set 505 (3 sets of 10)
Deadlift - Normal set 355 (3 sets of 10)
