Similar to the beer trail thread, what is your one must visit restaurant in the state?

Feel free to include one cheaper option and one fancier option if that's easier.

For my pricey option, The Precinct (Jeff Ruby) is the GOAT. It's our go-to celebration spot in Cincinnati.

Italian: Sotto in Cincy

I ate there with a group that had several Italians and they were impressed.

Cleveland favorites:

Expensive: Johnny’s on Fulton (not the downtown location)

Pizza: Angelo’s in Lakewood

Breakfast: Gene’s Place in Kam’s Corner

For those who are familiar, I’m obviously a west slider.

Just looked up Sixth Sense. Might need to make a trip to Jackson shortly. You can buy me a beer and an ice cream.

I like a lot of those.

I'm not high on the ribber. It's fine, but the steak sometimes isn't great and the ribs are more like pork chops.

It's fine, but I don't get the hype...maybe it is because I grew up going to it and hold it to a higher standard.

That I agree. If you are down there, worth going. I do go often when I am in town

Bummie's on Main in Newark is worth a try if you're in the area. Great bar food. I always get the fried bologna.

Toledo area

Steakhouses...have done Benchmark, Mancy's, and finally went to Chop House earlier this year

Chop House was phenomenal and would go there again ahead of the other 2.

I have also always enjoyed my experience at Maumee Bay Brewing Company
