Bats non existent. 2 on no outs... nada
Miller's absence is glaring.
Damn, Brantley.
From the jaws of defeat, hope.
Trivia question from Hammy:
Who was the last Indian to tie a game in the bottom of the 9th with a grand slam? (It was in 1980).......Go for it, cat_lover! He was also a former Ranger.
BTW.....It was Brantley's first career GS.
Now we go to the 11th, running on fumes. We have Goody in and the only pitcher left is ZMac. The only bench players left are Gonzalez and Perez.
Come on, Goody, one more out...
edit: nice!
Edit bye. Game over
Now Goody gives up 2 solo homers and ZMac is in.
What are the odds that we come back? (Rhetorical)
Our bull pen is Allen (bad last outing) and Miller (injured) with the rest being overpaid scrubs.
posted by TBone14According to Baseball- Reference, the Tribe have attempted 7 sac bunts and successfully gotten 5 of them down. How many of the 5 have led to runs? I cannot find that.
It was a bit rhetorical, as it would be real tough to figure. But, I KNOW they have squared, gotten to 2 strikes, and then made an out...which I don’t believe counts.

Yep. The bullpen sucks right now, except for Allen.
As far as the earlier comments on the Bauer twitter war, he is definitely a different dude. On twitter, if you agree with him, he's your best friend. If you disagree, he attacks you.

Ding Ding!
Sure would be nice to have Bryan Shaw. Not sure why some celebrated his departure. He has a couple really bad outings skewing his numbers in Colorado but more or less, he is doing Bryan Shaw things, which we could really use right now.
Off to a good start, 4-0 after 1.
EE with a 3 run jack.
9-1 in the second! Kip and EE with another shot.
HR number 1 for Kipnis.
3 dingers for Edwin today.
I’ll start the next thread when I have time tonight.

You got the slide turned around, keep it up!
Great production from the change of moving Lindor to the 3 spot, followed by Brantley, then EE. Eight hits among them today.
