No. Allen is the only good pitcher on that list. And the only one I’ve ever felt confident in every time he has taken the mound, that we are gonna win. Perez had it for like half a season.
Doug Jones was good I guess, but completey different era and the Indians sucked lol.
Granted the Yankees have a much better lineup than the teams they have seen, but I wish we saw this pitching in the ALDS :(. The bats so far have started right where they left off.

Which begs the question how some of these local d-bags can rail on Kluber for the few bad outings he had in the postseason. Dude was lights out his first 5 outings then he has a couple of bad ones.
Very early but 4-1 against the shitty teams in the Central is a good start. Needs to be like this all season because out of division wins will be much tougher.

Kluber was great. I'm reserving judgment on the offense for a few weeks. We just never get off to a good start in April (EE doesn't start to hit until Memorial Day). It's annoying but it's a fact. I'd rather be the hottest team in October than an April juggernaut.

Dustin Fox, who is a football guy, was giving Kluber shit on the radio yesterday with his "wish he would've pitched like that in the playoffs" and worse. Fox's partner is a baseball guy through and through and knows baseball. His partner is a Cub's fan and I thought he (Bull) was going to punch Fox for being a dumbass. I was driving down the road thinking "you dumb mf-er....you know nothing about baseball." Yeah, I know....local sports talk but it doesn't excuse them from being flat out stupid.

Doug Jones was marginal. The next guy on the list might have been the second best closer they had in the modern era, but he fucked up the greatest opportunity ever in Tribe history (Omar said so). I've seen a lot of Tribe baseball, I would put Allen and Miller as 1a&1b for bullpen pitchers they have had.
