Lou Trivino, A's reliever from nearby Slippery Rock Univ, is now 7-1 with 1.49 ERA after being called up earlier in the season. I am sure he will have some fans from Western PA in the stands.

I like that the Ks were there, but a few times he had guys 1-2 and 0-2, but they put the ball in play (the swinging bunt and bloop rbi single). Overall, I think you have to be encouraged. He is one hell of a 4th starter and if he figures it out again, a 3rd option. Crazy even his best won’t pass Kluber or Bauer, they are so good.

I feel the same way, and I lol'd when he airmailed the ball into right field on his pick off attempt....however, would have loved for him to be our backstop--his loss, imo
It was 3-0 after 7. Kluber was taken out. So then it was 3-3 and went extra innings. And Josh Tomlin was brought in for the 11th.
