Brady going for his 30th playoff win
He’s 24-7 in the AFC playoffs and 29-10 overall
And Belichick and Brady with 9 super bowl appearances.
Yow!
(as an old guy, I remember being in the old Cleveland stadium listening to the chants of Bill Must Go!)
posted by Ironman92I gotta ask. I sat there watching that game not greatly caring who won, just enjoyed the game and while of course I wanted my Steelers there, I couldn’t have watched that. I also thought....if the Browns get there in 2 or 3 years in an AFC Championship game like that.....what would you Browns guys do? Drunk? Heart attack? Belligerent? Pray?
Thinking about this more, and if the Browns lost in the same fashion as the Saints or Chiefs, it would take me a very long time to recover. I was in a legitimate funk for over a week when the Indians lost game 7 to the cubs. A browns loss like the two we saw yesterday would probably put me in a funk for at least a month. I wouldn't watch the SB. This is why I say I rather see my team get their asses stomped on as opposed to a gut punch loss.

I was talking to my friend at the bar last night after the Saints non-PI call. He goes “you know what the one shitty part about the Browns now being playoff caliber teams? We’re almost assuredly going to lose like the saints just did every year in the playoffs. And it’s going to rip our hearts out”
started thinking about it and god damnit he’s right. 0-16, 1-15, etc those years sucked, but at least we didn’t get left with that “week long funk” feeling you’re talking about. Now it’s coming
Yeah, I just had a few bucks on the Saints ML and -3 and was legit angry after the game. I would be livid and depressed as a Saints or Chiefs fan.
But, if you are a Saints fan, at least you have the city of New Orleans to drown your sorrows.. KC is just cold....
I parlayed Rams ML and chiefs -3. Fricken pissed the fuck off at Dee Ford right about now.

SMH, he is right too. If we are losing in the AFC championship, please just make it an ass kicking for my health.
Btw, as for the bolded, this is the one benefit of the Cavs sucking ass again. I don't have to deal with the stress of the playoffs.

Yeah, Chiefs fans have gone thru a lot of heartbreak. I feel bad for them.

Always, most definitely
As an eyewitness to "The Drive", I agree with like_that and SportsAndLady.

Thise teams were great and those losses were horrific
My God that video Brady put out with him and Gronk....lol he’s such an ass, I laughed...but felt guilty doing it. Guessing Chiefs fans would try and kill him

Link?
So we know that the NFL wants the pats in the SB....why the Rams?
Since the playoffs are rigged in some fashion....either by some NFL guy or Vegas....why did the refs throw it to the Rams? TV money? Easy Pats win?

I hope Aaron Donald rips his head off.
NFL Live is currently debating if the Saints/Rams no call is the worst call/no call in NFL history. Agree/Disagree? I can't think of anything else that would top it, except tuck rule and I think it easily tops the tuck rule.
