Until you have a legit QB, you have nothing....pissing in the wind.
Saw a tweet that said Billichek traded out of the first round because he didn’t want everyone seeing the inside of his house. Lol’d

Am I the only one that thinks that not picking Chase Young #1 will go down as the NFL version of picking Greg Oden over Durant? Chase Young has a long career in the NFL right out the box. He is 6'5" 270 ripped. Burrow basically played SE Ohio HS football, sat the bench as OSU and played one great year in a crappy league.
Secondly- The kid from Iowa that hang cleaned 415, jumped out of a pool and ran sub 5 in the 40 at 315 pounds......YIKES.
My stance is twofold. First, your reasoning is absolutely stupid, as usual. Burrow only sat on the bench at OSU because he started out behind a veteran QB and then fell from being the new starter to having to transfer due to being injured during the off-season, which allowed Haskins (also a first-rounder) to claim the starting job. And the SEC is a top-heavy league, not a crappy one. That would be the ACC, which is literally Clemson and a bunch of MAC-level programs. And Burrow's two playoff starts against non-SEC teams were as good as anything he'd done all year (60-88, 956 yards, 12 TDs, 0 picks). I mean, do you know anything about anything?
Second, that first pick was going to Cincinnati, which means that whomever they picked between Burrow and Young was doomed to be a failure out of the gate. If anything, I feel bad for Joe because signing that contract is likely to be the last good memory he has of football before becoming a burnt-out injury-ridden guy whose peak will be putting up good fantasy numbers while never winning anything of note. Then again, going to Washington will do the same for Young, who is probably 18 months from having a 75-pound weight gain and major attitude issues crop up solely from being part of that comically dysfunctional program.
Moral of the story: CC's an idiot and Burrow and Young both went to the worst franchises in the NFL, so no one wins. No one ever wins.
So what in the hell was going on at Mike Vrabel’s house?

Not so sure about that with Cincinnati. Count Chocula (Kiper) said last night that the last 2 QB's in Cincy (Palmer/Dalton) have been near the top in TD passes. The Bengals have been pretty good for QB's. I don't like the Bengals but, for once, it looks like Ebenezer Mike Brown is serious about fielding a winner, being pretty agressive in FA.

Yeah, good fantasy numbers for those two, but what did they ever win? In fairness, the team surrounded those two with a lot of headcases on both sides of the ball because if there was a franchise where "character issues" meant nothing to talent evaluators, that was Cincinnati due to Mikey's "I'm cheap as hell so if we can get 1st round talents in the 6th, WE WIN!!!!" philosophy. And Dalton at least was saddled with Comatose Marvin on the sidelines, who no longer is there. But Cincy is Cincy until they prove different, as far as I'm concerned.
I really have troubles with the concept of an utterly shitty owner making some overnight transformation into a good one. As long as Brown owns the Bengals, they'll be a cheap, poorly-run organization; as long as Snyder owns the Skins, they'll be a stupid-rich organization with no clue as to what they're doing; as long as Jerry has his finger on the Cowboys' pulse, they'll be the definition of underachieving despite having all the advantages ("America's Team!!!!"; being on national TV virtually every week; having half the commentators for every network seemingly be a former player; etc.) because he's a senile old man who shouldn't be allowed to do anything more than give "RAH RAH" PSAs on the team's jumbotron.
Please don't misconstrue my comments to mean Mike Brown's a good owner or will become one. Him, Snyder and Hee Haw Haslam are the Three Stooges.
Looked like Gettlemen just moved into that place yesterday.
Anyone notice that you could see some people trying to hide when the camera shots came on, probably so people didnt think they had a large gathering?!?

And WAY too much "face" time from Mike McCarthy when the Cowgirls were on the clock. Thought Jabba was going to eat his computer screen.

He is just a growing boy!
I know earlier in the week Rivera was saying he was employing his family. One had the job of marking names off the board, etc.
Absolutely was the right choice to keep the draft for these dates.
I get what the Packers are doing, but man they are so close. What did i hear, Rodgers is the last offensive skill position player they have selected inthe first round until last night? Likely missed the boat getting him what he needs to win...

Lol, I went out of my way to not mention Haslam to avoid "me making points on shitty owners and how they fail to win, regardless of talent" turning into the site's 10,000th war of Browns and Steelers fans. I'd look at him as a Snyder disciple. They both want to win, they both pour resources into things and they both reboot everything the minute something isn't working out, never realizing that the one guy at the top might be the actual problem due to ego. To not go into thavoice's passive-aggressive "they're the real deal now!!!!" shit, there have been multiple times in the past decade or two where I thought you guys were on the right track and building things up and then you have some sort of setback and next thing you know it's a new coach, new GM, etc. and it's like you're back on square one in a "what the hell just happened?!?" sort of way. Hell, just look at last year. You have all this momentum and excitement...except that coordinator-turned-head coach dude just wasn't cut out for the job and looked like he was out of his league from the beginning and you basically spent an entire year spinning the wheels in neutral.

I think most Browns fans know that Haslam's essentially a sack of crap. He'll spend money but can't keep his grubby little fingers out of the operatons "pie." Came over, having been a minority owner of the Steelers, promising he wanted to do things the "Steeler Way" and he's done exactly the opposite. Fires coaches/GM's every two years whether he needs it or not.

Screw the dumbass Packers. Made life Hell for the Browns (twice) and now Pittsburgh (once) & Cincinnati (twice) by passing on a player of need (TJ Watt...Hell for Browns/Bengals fans) previously and now opting for a backup QB, passing on another area of need (LB) and allowing the player, Queen, to drop to a hated division rival, in the Ravens. Typical Baltimore luck. Could see him go on to have a stellar career in that system.

Well, the Steelers way could be construed as making the Browns miserable so he could be true to his word.....
In keeping of tradition of guest presenters, Goodell should have the pizza, uber eats and doordash guys announce picks.
Wow....Philly takes Jalen Hurts
Chase Claypool....nice target
Good for Dobbins catching. Good situation....I wish it wasn’t the Ravens though
Not happy Dobbins is a Rat.
