I forgot this new league was starting up soon until I saw this earlier today. The names and logos are pretty generic, they'd work well in a reboot of The Replacements. Still, I hope the league is successful.
I hope this league does well, it looks like it is put together better than the second coming of the XFL.

Well, it's a business providing jobs, so that's good. I also feel the quality of the NFL is declining, so having a little competition, at least from a rules standpoint, will be good for the league. I remember digging the World League/NFL Europe (my cousin played for the Rhein Fire) back in the day, so it would be nice to have another developmental league succeed.

If they make it so that regular sacks of the quarterback don't have a 50/50 chance of being flagged because a 300-pound guy magically isn't able to completely get their bulk off the QB in mid-air, I'll watch!

Where's Johnny Footwedge, I mean Football? LOL...this league has Manziel written all over it.
He's still in the CFL, isn't he?
Probably. Either that or under a table in some bar.
He's still there, I follow it casually for the hell of it. He sucks and so does his team.
A few weeks ago he got shown up by Ohio Valley legend and former Bearcat Zach Collaros.
Huh....no Shane Falco?
