I’m just going to go the Rob Lowe route from now on.

Should've never happened. The league botched the no call on the delay of game on the play before the kick. I'm sure we'll get our "apology" today. Rats should be 0-3 but the league keeps gifting them wins.

Would you take him now over BM? Next 3 years?

I was torn on this (and Watson before the allegations) when both were apparently available. Long term for Watson is a no brainer, but I’m not sure Rodgers is a good fit for this team and how it’s built.

Gun to my head, yes — because I’m probably over thinking it. But Bakers skills seem to fit this team/offense perfectly.

When it comes to what you’d have to give up though, I think it’s an easy no. The hypothetical of a straight swap is what I was referring to.

Yeah….no others involved. I thought it was a good question. BM looks very good with the Browns, not 100% convinced he gets much credit on an average talent team. Rodgers still has elite showings and is great regardless of his surroundings. At some point his skills diminish but he definitely has that chip on his shoulder that keeps him motivated.

Just hypothetical…Browns look to be in great hands, but Rodgers as their QB and I don’t think opponents would be too thrilled, not real thrilled anyways

In my mind I don’t want Aaron Rodgers on the Steelers but I also like playoff wins

Good win.

I have a lot of friends that went to the game and I’m happy they got to fully enjoy it.

Only 7 total possessions in the 2nd half.  Jags scored 7 points on their 3, and the Bengals scored 24 points on their 4, only needing the FG on the last possession which ended on the last play of the game.  Excellent clock management by the Bengals at the end of both halves!  Bengals goal line stand at the end of the the 1st half made the deficit of 14 points at half more do-able for the comeback.  Empty backfield on offense in the 2nd half sparked the offense.  Bengal defense in the first half had a hard time getting Jags to 3rd down, and when they did it was usually 3rd and short.

No, Baker's not as talented as Rodgers but he brings a certain dynamic that this town hasn't seen since Kosar. He just fits the city.

I would be stunned if Pittsburgh did this because it isn't their usual M.O. With that being said, they did trade for Minkah and paid Watt a ton of guaranteed money, which also isn't their usual M.O.

This all got started off of a Pat McAfee podcast with Rodgers. He seems to like/respect Tomlin's way he goes about his business. Rodgers would certainly have the weapons in Pittsburgh but that O-Line?

I’m trying to think of a better fit for him where he could win now? Maybe Washington??

If he's legit interested in Pittsburgh, I could see the line being a big stumbling block. Elderly quarterbacks known more for their arm than their scrambling ability would be setting themselves up to be dead men walking the way the line is performing at this point.

Denver.

Exactly. Although he's playing well, I don't see the Donks married to Bridgewater if they could get Rodgers. That would immediately/arguably be the best division in football.

He said a lot of positive in that podcast but would Pittsburgh pay a steep price? Probably a minimum of two 1st's (and more) and maybe players.
