Half time living up to the hype.

Loved Halftime!

As a bengals fan I went into the game happy to be there as they are way ahead of schedule. I think about how hard it is to make a super bowl but then I look at the young roster and cap room and I pray Brown will spend. Let’s add Armstead, Gronk, and and draft a right guard. Maybe replace Apple and this team is set up great.

Halftime was straight fire. 50 is washed which sucked, that could’ve been an awesome segment. He just doesn’t have the voice anymore.

Seems there is a direct correlation to age. 40 and under seemed to love the halftime, 40+ seemed to hate it haha.

You didn't like Fat Fitty?  hahaha

The irony of all this is that the Woke NFL dared to assemble that group.  Do you know what these guys have sung?  Do you know what they did before becoming artists?  Talk about incredibly tone deaf.  Of course the NFL has never really given a crap about the woke stuff, but it's very hypocritical to roll out a former pimp and a studio gangster for your halftime show.

I liked the stage and spectacle.  The performances were underwhelming.

As I mentioned, did not watch, but from what I'm reading, sounds like Michaels and Collinsworth totally glossed over (i.e. completely ignored) OBJ forcing his way out of Cleveland and made him out to be some kind of victim/redemption story.

Did not watch but just goes to show how resilient Burrow is, getting sacked 7x's and still being in a position to get them into FG range. Imagine if they actually get an O-Line?

If he had another half second on the final offensive play, the Bengals would have won. Chase had Ramsey beat

That's the rub.  So many want to cancel and ban people for things they said or did decades ago, or one comment while drunk, or off air, yet trot those artistsout.

I listen to Dre and Snoop 4-5x a week, so I like them, but just seems hypocritical for them to be able to perform

I think you need to bump that dividing line up a few years.  I'm 45, all my friends from college and high school loved it.

I’m 47 and didn’t listen to any of that music……early 90’s I switched over to country for about a decade and missed most of it.

That said, I certainly didn’t think it was the greatest ever as a couple of them seemed like they could hardly sing/rap/be heard and a few too many for me. I liked Eminem the most and didn’t mind the halftime show.

I heard lots of 20 something’s hating on the halftime show saying they were old and terrible. I think that’s the crowd who likes mumble rap.

the halftime show has sucked every year since hamish hamilton became the director. need to get back to what made them good, just let the artist have their own show and not this overly produced, set changing, costume changing off-broadways show.

it was better when it was springsteen, price, whoever just putting on a show.

Since we are into old acts.

SXM Hair Nation Eddie Trunk needs to set up the lineup for the HF show next year.
