If you are a Spec FX “geek” go watch it in 3D. They did a great job with that, seriously 9/10. Best 3D FX I have seen since Avatar. 

Storyline/plot 4/10 to be honest. 

Bohemian Rhapsody....enjoyed it, but also very overrated.  7/10

I thought "Ray" was incredible.  This is more on par with "Walk the Line".  Frankly, to spend so much of the movie on Live Aid - which the complete performance is all over YouTube - is a complete waste, and kind of insulting.

I, too, threw negs his way. The live aid 20 min scene was very cool. He didn’t like it because he can watch it on YouTube? Wtf? Isn’t that the point of a theatrical reanactment? Should every sports movie not play scenes from the actual game because you can just watch it on YouTube? Should King’s speech have not shown the speech at the end because anyone can just listen to the real speech online? 

Black Panther - 6/10, kids loved it, but the story was so/so

Well, yeah, people giving it a 10 are "very overrating" it.  Not shocked you and another retard didn't understand that.  I didn't remotely say it sucked, just that it's not great.....and I expected great based on the hype.  It literally is, for most of 2+ hours, Rami Malek lip syncing Queen. LMFAO

Black Panther - 6/10, kids loved it, but the story was so/so

RACIST!!!!!!

Needed to get out Saturday afternoon, took one of the boys to see Happy Death Day 2...glad it was matinee pricing...It had some funny parts (It was dangerously close to a parody of killer movies) and it mistakenly tried to take the plot of the first one and make it more "sci fi" and less thriller (they REALLY got away from the killer in this one). 

Overall 4/10 maybe even 3...but did have some laughs, worth a "I need a name on a Saturday afternoon, let's put this in to get a laugh while falling asleep" type movie.

The movies that came out this weekend was REALLY weak, probably because everyone knew they would be paying second fiddle to Captain Marvel next weekend.

LOVED Bohemian Rhapsody.  I didn't care for the spotlight being so much on his personal life.  Would have liked to see a deeper look into their music, and why it was what it was.  Got a good look at the title song, but just glimpses of the rest.  

Rhapsody was not a well made or put together movie. But it was incredibly entertaining, and when viewed in a theater was like a rock concert.

I don’t understand how it was up for Best Picture, because the movie itself was disjointed, shallow and rushed (and that’s not minding and understanding giving the makers creative rights to twist timelines and make parts up, etc). But the performances by Rami and the rest were tremendous. And I’m not going to see a Queen movie for anything but the music, and they nailed that aspect of it. 

And Rami didn’t lip-sync Queen. In fact, it’s why the sound editing and mixing teams won Oscars as well. Probably some of the best mixing and editing I’ve ever seen in a movie. Using solo recordings of Freddie, Rami and Marc Martel mixed together was amazing. He was a very deserved winner of Best Actor. 

Abducted in Plain Sight documentary on Netflix. Not sure if it’s a show or movie? Either way it sucked. The parents were the biggest morons you’ll ever watch, especially the mom.

As for Bohemian Rhapsody...I’m not sure you can somewhat like Queen’s music and not think highly of that movie. I don’t think digging deep was meant for that movie. It was very entertaining and enjoyable.

Some of you act like the types hat dive in so deep you have to find the bad/negative.
