I didnt get through all mine. But initial look-up I have a Thome rookie worth about 100. A Glavine worth about 90. Nolan Ryan for 30 and a Yount for 25. Lots of stuff coming up between $5-$10. Ill try and post tomorrow or Friday for you I92, and you can look them up yourself. Mine was basic Googling lol. Have an Omar Rookie thats $10 now, but Ill hold that one and pray he gets in. The Walter Johnson, to no surprise, was a throwback pack. So, not worth much as everyone held onto it. Jeter Rookie card is apparently not a rookie card, since he had played the first year (but hadnt played second season).

Also round a random Kobe Bryant rookie card that my dumbass friend put a fake autograph on when we were like 11 trying to sell it. Wouldve been nice. He didnt get to the KG or Tim Duncan rookie card, thankfully.

We got hit with a huge storm last night and are currently without power. So that’s fun.

Feeling ok this morning. Drank a ton of water before I went to bed, so that helped.

That was us Tuesday and yesterday. A tornado touched down 3 miles from our house and traveled 10 miles. Luckily our power wasn't out long, but my friend's wasn't back on until 6p.

Good on you.  Two bottles would put me out of commission for at least a day.

🤔 Wondering what Glavine rookie is $90? What Thome for $100? The typical Glavine rookies (Topps/Donruss/Fleer) are about $5....even professional grading and perfect can be bought for about $30. Thome’s are about 3 years later and a lot more cards so there could be a card or two I’m not sure about. Vast majority of his rookies are under $10

I know that cards are "worth" certain amounts, but what is the prospect of actually getting those, or close, to the "true" value?

When I price cards, I search on ebay, and filter by sold items. That gives you actual prices people have paid.

Wonder if I was looking at “for sale” price and not sold?? I’ll post the actual cards tonight.

The Thome one is a double picture with Ryan Klesko.

I searched so damn many individual cards recently. So many different sites come up. Some are way high. Every now and then the Beckett value will show up and it’s typically the lowest price until you get to cards pre 1987 it seemed. After a while 3 or 4 common sites would come up consistently if continue down page. Krozo was one and pretty close with Beckett. The EBay stuff you gotta be real careful on those ones. You see $59 cards with 99 cent bids and you see $3 cards with $35 bids lol. Amazon often pops up early with a quite overvalued number. Several card shops come up as well and some were going for big profit and bigger ones and pretty similar pricing....the more I searched the more I could find the truer value. Dean’s cards were great for older cards but he has them in many different grades and a little over priced but the graded cards hold higher value (ones with high grades or pre 1980 cards)....the old cards in great shape of big players are worth big money. I might send away my 1969 Seaver because it’s the best shape older card I have. I have it worth around $120 but a high grade 8 or higher throws it $500+
