Finished 27 pages of an album (front and back of pages) Didn’t use valuable cards but it looks damn good. Used only my HOF cards.

I’ve never thought of this, mostly because I knew I didn’t have any cards worth much. But a HOF album is a pretty cool idea. Might throw in the “steroid era HOFers” at the end. Bonds, Sosa, Manny, Raffy, Schilling, Sheffield and Clemens are the ones I have the most of.
Man, this has me digging into all the old stories my grandfather used to tell me about baseball he played and watched. He played in the minor leagues and actually played with a few guys who ended up with careers in the big leagues. One of their pitchers is ... I believe ... even in Cooperstown, but I don't remember who.
I used to go to sleep to bedtime stories about those guys. It was awesome.

In my HOF sorting I did add: Rose, Bonds, Clemens, McGwire and Arod
I have another box of cards with just: Manny Ramirez, Palmeiro, Sosa, Sheffield, McGriff, Schilling cards.....basically awaiting the HOF call eventually. Also have Tommy John and Jim Kaat if they ever get in. Once I found out Jack Morris made it....it was easy to find his cards to put in my HOF assortment of boxes (now completely sorted and alphabetized with #of cards each)......I need to go back through everything at some point for my 10 or so Ted Simmons cards smh.
Brewing an IPA today. 2 gallon batch.
