Saying if Kamala wins there will be nuclear war sounds smart to you?

Saying Trump is an end to democracy is any more crazy? Keep trying…

What makes you think the people around Trump in a second term will not stop him from his worst impulses?

I'm not saying he is an end to democracy, but even this board has to acknowledge and worry about his worst impulses.

The problem to figuring all of this out isn't really a problem.

The Dems are now the party of forever wars, as evidenced by the people who have endorsed Kamala and out stumping for her. She will not buck that system.

Trump has already said that he would do, pretty much the same, what Kamala would do. Concerning israel. Unless I missed something where he said something different? If he has, let me see it.

Raytheon needs new shoes!

It's as plain as day and I don't see why people are making an issue out of it with each other.

Ummmm, Congress?  The Courts?  You know, that thing about checks and balances and equal branches of govt that you should have remembered from grade school.

And this is the same thing people said the first time about Trump.  But now it's "he learned his lesson and THIS TIME he's only selecting yes men".  If Trump wins, it will be because the Democrats and their media are running a fearmongering campaign instead of giving people a reason to actually vote for the other side.  It's the old "cry wolf" story - when you're credibility is in the shitter people start thinking the truth is the opposite of what you say.  It's probably actually costing them voters and adding votes to Trump.

80% of this country falls into one of two camps: Everything they hear about Trump is true, or everything they hear is bullshit.  And both are defensible positions because a lot of the shit is true, and a lot is bullshit.  But what neither side is capable of is separating fact from fiction.

Sort of....

Trump says some crazy things and we have dismissed them as it is just talk.

But, now there is no one there to say, Mr. President, you can't do that.

Whether it is high tariffs, mass deportations, going after democrats with the DOJ directly, etc.

Even the things he said on Joe Rogan, some are crazy...yet, who is there now to say Mr. President, you can't do that.

Those people are gone.

It's tribal and partisan.  Frankly, the Dems took partisanship to a new level in Trump's first term with the bogus Russia Collusion thing.

Anytime I see someone claim Trump is going to destroy Democracy and the Democrats are going to save it I know they're an idiot.  Or so partisan they're incapable of seeing reality.

And this is not a defense of Trump.  I detest him, but I have a better understanding and more faith in checks and balances than most.  But I think the Democrats are actually a bigger threat to our Democracy.  They've told us exactly how they plan to establish a "tyranny of the majority".  Everything they disagree with is "Hitler".  They actually created Trump - his election is a direct result of that party getting dragged off the rails over the cliff by the radical left.

And you have posters on this board who claim to be moderate but are in lockstep and complete agreement with all the stupidity coming from the radical left.

LOL have you considered auditioning for a spot on CNN?  You are quite the echo chamber.

I'm not part of the crowd that says Trump is Hitler, but even you, Mr. checks and balances, have to acknowledge, he will not have as many people around him to tell him no.

He has surrounded himself with yes men.

If Republicans control Congress, there is little evidence recently, they will check him.

Well to be fair to Trump, he has to have yes men around him since everyone with rationality no longer supports him.

Who will say no to Kamala? I'm really asking with sincerity.

Because I see it going as a negative flip. Who is SHE going to say "no" to? Keep in mind that she will have favors owed. That's true for anybody, not just her.

And yes, let's talk about the DoJ. Let us talk about what they've been doing. I can't even believe that was brought up. And now Dems are pretending they are afraid that the DoJ is going to be weaponized 😂

Every accusation is a confession.

Point out where I said it was smart. I just laughed at the hypocrisy of someone on the left calling him an idiot, while the whole left has been fear mongering over Trump for a decade

It was RFK that said that, not Trump.

Good Lord, you can’t be serious. Even his VP was a “never Trumper” and isn’t a huge fan of Trump in general…yet he is now a yes man?

RFK and Tulsi are far from “yes men” as they were both on the other side not that long ago….

Do you even read what you type before you hit send?

Isn’t Kamala the one who said if she can’t get a law passed by the Senate they should just get rid of the filibuster? Who is the authoritarian here? And as mentioned above, being “afraid” of a weaponized DOJ when that is what they are currently doing is laughable. They just sued Virginia to put 1,600 self reported non-citizens back on the voter rolls.
