Yeah, the refs let this game get out of hand. If that happens, UK ain't losing all year. Hell, they probably won't either way.

UK too good right now. We'll see if teams can find ways to make 5 man switch not get along so well.

Are there any sites taking bets on UK going undefeated? I don't see how they can be stopped

Already tired of the "reinforcements talk"

This will be Calipari's best coaching job if he can take it all the way selling this 2 team play.

It was 9:1 in Vegas last week. To go unbeaten. Odds to win the title was 8:5, which is just moronic to bet. Almost no return at all.

With that said, there will be crucial games/moments where the platoon must be broken. Certain strengths/weaknesses of other teams and match-ups for game flow. However, the platoon will get plenty of work.

We can see why it's really impossible to pick anyone on UK's team for fantasy. Nobody is really going to dominate the ball or the shot totals.

Damn, I'd throw 100 on them to go undefeated. I put 40 on them to win it all at 3:1 a month ago and have no clue why I didn't bet more.

I got 5 people to take me up on $5-10 bets at 10:1 to go unbeaten. It's unlikely, but possible.

I bet 5$ for them to go undefeated in regular season at 16-1.

You know, this is one time I think the "can the best college team beat the worst pro team?" argument has merit. The Sixers are blatantly trying to tank and signing all sorts of undrafted free agents to play major minutes and Kentucky is loaded with future first-rounders. Philly will have the experience factor, but Kentucky probably has the edge in pure talent.

Is Kentucky that good or Kansas overrated?

Probably a little bit of both. Moreso Kansas overrated at this point. Their freshman didn't look good, which I think is why they were rated so high. And perry ellis is good but he's not good enough to do things against that front line of Kentuckys.

Kansas will be a top seed again in the tourney, because they will get better as they always do, but right now they are hot garbage.

My answer? Kentucky is that good and Kansas always finishes the year better than they start it. Doesn't necessarily mean they're overrated, because I can still see them making the Final Four, last night's result notwithstanding.

Agree about Kansas. Except for last year lol where they beat duke handily in Chicago. And then proceeded to get worse as the season went on. Somehow

Then I look up the UofM box scores and he is starting this year after the redshirt. Of course, Michigan is extremely thin up front and not deep. But, still...imagine Toledo this year with him on the squad?
Donnal is overrated as hell. Towbridge absolutely dominated him(he now plays TE at Louisville)when I saw them at Central. I see him eventually transferring to a MAC school, highly doubt he will ever be productive

Towbridge had 10 points. Donnal had 15. Granted all his points were in the 2nd half, Donnal was the leading scorer for AW and Towbridge was 3rd leading scorer for CCHS. Donnal was also in foul trouble. CCHS outrebounded AW 24-13. Harris had 7 of the 24.

Amazing game by Towbridge. Beilein should immediately pull Donnal's scholarship. What about Loving and Hayes while we are at it?

Lololol. Towbridge being better than Donnal. What a joke.

Ive seen a LOT of HSbball players in my life come through Toledo. Donnal is top 3 (shooters) with Nate Miles and William Buford. Not necessarily the most pure, but, when you factor in he is 6-10 it might make him the best.

Towbridge lol.

I thought about letting you handle this one, but decided to do some research, haha.

I KINDA get it. He isnt a quick, athletic guy who is gonna blow you away with his play. When you watch, you kinda wonder how he will make it in the B1G.

But, then you watch his footwork, vision, shooting ability, dribbling for a guy his size and other things. You wonder how good the kid can become with B1G coaching.

He isnt the second coming, and was obviously behind Loving/Hayes/Brown and probably Lamb (who elected for baseball). But, he will be a damn good player, IMO.

Damn what a comeback and win by Creighton. Was a really great game. Really thought Creighton had blown it by missing FTs.

Alright my Cats finally pulled away with a nifty 15-0 run in the middle of the 2H. Started playing better D.

Outside shooting is going to plague this team all year.

^ Sounds about right. The talk of them beating the sixers or whoever is redundant and annoying.
