Yes, bring DeSean Jackson to Cleveland and draft Manziel/Bridgewater/Bortles at 4 best OL/DB/ILB at 26 AFCN Champs.

We are in agreement on that.

We have tons of money, fill the need at WR with Jackson as it only costs us money which we have plenty of.

That frees up the 4th pick to take the QB we need that can't be bought on FA, and then use 26 to pick up a LB or CB.

Suddenly the team looks far more complete than it is now and we could genuinely be considered contenders for the AFC North title.

There goes that pipe dream. He signed a 3 year deal with Washington.

Of course Gordon would rather them draft a QB than a WR that will severely cut into his numbers.

I just think its a shitty thing for a teammate to say when you still have a QB on the roster who looked good in the time he had.

Has he proven to be the man? No. But he hasn't proven he can't be either. And as a WR and teammate of the QB.. don't call to draft another QB. Even if you believe your QB sucks.. you don't need to be in the news asking for a new QB.

That and he did get a pretty chunk of it guarenteed.
And he probably wanted to get it done asap.

Nate Burleson is visiting the browns. He may not be great but he's a lot better than Little.

I'm sick of all this speculation. I want the draft to be here so we can finally see what direction farmer is taking us. Also we can finally tell iggy to go fuck himself for doubting farmer after a month of free agency

Deliver me Johnny Football. I am tired of excuses. We have more cap room than we know what to do with, start spending.

Why doesn't Joe Haden have an extension yet?

It is time for some urgency with this organization. Firing everyone was a nice first step, but following that up with more of the same sitting on the hands is completely unacceptable.

How do you know they aren't in the works on an extension??

2012: Frostee Rucker, Juqua Parker, Jordan Norwood, Brian Schafering, John Greco, Oneill Cousins, Alex Smith.
2013: Paul Kruger, Desmond Bryant, Jason Campbell.
2014: Donte Whitner, Karlos Dansby, Ben Tate, Jim Dray, Paul McQuistan, Isaiah Trufant, Andrew Hawkins.

You're a joke if you think the Browns are doing the same thing. The free agent signings we've made this year alone are significantly better than the last two years combined. Stop QQing over everything the Browns do. I'm pretty sure that if the Browns were talking up Johnny Football and saying they were going to draft him, you'd be slaying them saying that Manziel is a joke. You simply look for things to complain about. It's getting old and incredibly obnoxious, so just stop.

Not impressed.

Other than Ben Tate little there is much of an upgrade of what we lost.

Still have a journeymen at QB who has had all of 2 good starts in his career (one against one of the worst teams in the league). Need I remind you that it is the most important position in any sport.

The O-line is still a mess, the secondary is in dire need of a viable 2nd corner. We still have only 1 receiver really worth a damn.

The Joe Banner inspired free agency periods do nothing to some how make this one seem good all the sudden. Farmer has still only filled 1 real hole this off-season as far as I'm concerned and that is with Ben Tate.

I want Johnny Football and everything that comes with him.

I am tired of Cleveland being football Siberia. This 5 year plan stuff is bullshit, and there is no reason that if Farmer gets off his ass and gets aggressive that we can't be competing this year. They don't hand out a prize for most cap room saved.

How much more aggressive would you like him to be?

He signed 4/5 players in the first week of FA, and the draft isn't for another month....would you like him to make the draft earlier?

If only there were away to fill the needs you mentioned in a 3-day time period, sometime in the month of May. The NFL should think about letting teams select players from college football.

I'm with iggy. We have tons of cap space, no excuse for not signing every single good free agent that was available along with keeping ward. We should also draft Manziel, Watkins, and a QB in the 7th round as good as Tom Brady. Get it done Farmer.

Now that you put it that way.

What the fuck...Fire Farmer right now.
