Also people ask me why I haven't given the tickets up, honestly as soon as I stop getting season tickets they will start winning. And if I can't enjoy them winning nobody can! haha

Yeah, wait till the browns start winning and those ticket prices will go way up. Friend of mine a few years ago with bengal season tickets complained how his seats were so expensive (they are inthe lower bowl, 30 or so rows from the field) and asked how much ours were in Pittsburgh....his lower bowl seats were a little less than $10 more...but our seats were three rows FROM THE TOP!.shook_17;1596963 wrote:Heard that buddy. I think the browns finally are getting it right, unfortunately.

Therein lies our disagreement. I'm putting a lot of stock into the value of the pick whereas, IMO, you're more about straight improving the team.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1596950 wrote:My thought process being, regardless of value,
Given what you just hypothesized, choosing between Robinson, Watkins, Clowney, Barr, and Mack, I really don't know what I would do. Barr and Mack have extremely high ceilings without the work ethic issues of Clowney (which is an instant "stay away" for me personally regardless of his all world potential), Watkins is a truly elite prospect and Robinson will probably be the next perennial pro bowl tackle.
If you're concerned about value, you probably trade down there unless you are that high on Mack or Barr and don't think they'll be available after a trade down.
If you're concerned about helping us RIGHT NOW? Robinson is probably the guy. He would shore up the right side which would allow Schwartz to move inside and also just have more depth in case of injury.

I agree completely. From a front office and coaching standpoint, they are almost in the territory of needing help RIGHT NOW with the one year debacle of Banner/Lombardi/Chud. It will be interesting to see what happens, for sure! I love this time of year. I can't wait for the draft to get here.lhslep134;1596985 wrote:Therein lies our disagreement. Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet 1h Me: “I was interested you guys haven’t been at QB pro days.” #Browns GM Ray Farmer: “Are you sure I wasn’t? How do you know?” Big smile.

Farmer has stated he will work out Manziel at their facilities. Non story.

Has to be.
The single most glaring need they have is at the QB position.
Waiting to get one is just too risky.

A lot of people are making waves about Gordon's comments. You think he's on point, or is it smoke screen?

Also, the Texans are apparently trying to trade out of the first pick, and have the Bills as possible suitors. Certainly testament to the lack of a true #1 pick and speaks to the quality depth of this draft class. Do we really have to wait until May to see this all play out?

ahh gotcha! I wouldn't be mad, but I'm really leaning towards Hoyer next year and let a guy sit for a year. But I'm not a GM. I don't really see where the Browns can go wrong at 4.

No thanks. If he's in some pretty nasty gang stuff in Philly I don't want him anywhere near Josh Gordon.shook_17;1597468 wrote:Browns need to get Jackson.

No way. If he came to town, I could see us losing both him AND Gordon. I think there will be very few teams interested in DeSean after hearing about his close connection to the Crips of Los Angeles. No one wants another Aaron Hernandez. Unbelievable how quickly these guys can derail their careers.shook_17;1597468 wrote:Browns need to get Jackson.

Im not surprised at all. Some of these guys were scumbags before they got to the NFL, not all of them change or even want to for that matter.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1597478 wrote:No way. Yea unless the Eagles are just flat out wrong about Jackson(which I think has about a 0% chance) id rather just stay away.

Yeah who likes talent. Boo fucking hoo. 1300 yards last year and 9 TDs. Y'all would rather have bess. Put a security detail around him. I don't give a fuck what he does as long as he produces on the field. I hate this cry baby shit, oh he's got off the field issues, I'd rather have a good ole boy like Greg Little, he's not very good but has a hard work ethic. Fuck that D Jax all day. Then get your QB at 4 or 26. We'd be competing for a AFCN Championship
