This is moot point anyway...Cleveland is not going to be getting CP anyway

Not with the other major team vying for him

Their not after him, their fans are after him just like we are discussing right now.

I've read the NBA forums about Paul to LAL and unless NO takes a HUGE risk by trading their franchise player for a young C plagued with knee injuries, the LAL talk is a moot point.

But honestly not being a dick, but why do you think NO would do that trade you proposed without any sort of cap relief at all?

LA has a much better chance of getting him than Cleveland does..

Listening to a NO radio station on Sirus and they said they have gotten calls about potential deals from three teams

Chad Ford:

No, because they knew about this in February. The Raptors and Lakers had the parameters of a deal in place for a Bosh for Bynum deal. LA eventually pulled out because they were unsure how the addition of Bosh would affect chemistry mid-season and they were concerned that Bosh could bolt via free agency in the summer. Both concerns should go away this summer and the two teams agreed to revisit talks after the playoffs ended. They are in a very good position to land Bosh if that's where he wants to play. It's the Raptors first choice among the sign-and-trade options available to them.

Don't forget though that teams are often reluctant to trade players like that within their conference. Not saying it couldn't happen but it makes it less likely
