I kind of recall the rumors that the top two prosecutors were banging each other. Was their any truth to that or was it just part of how the whole trial was pure tabloid fodder, so everyone involved got swept up in that stuff?

It was largely a case of jury nullification, but the big prosecutorial mistake was asking OJ to try on a dried, leather glove.  Best acting he ever did struggling, and failing, to get that glove on.

They might as well have been. At least then someone got something positive out of the entire thing.
