USA will be the favorites, but I am not sure they will actually win.

Oh my God, that Men's 4x100 was pathetic in the handoff.

It's like the NFL Hall of Fame game being the Super Bowl after a couple of practices. What the U.S. tries to do with the 4×1 is less than that.

Noah Eagle and LaChina Robinson going to make me root for France to win this game with their bitching about officiating on every play.

Apparently Shelby McEwen chose not to share gold and the other guy was willing to…..

Other guy took home the gold and McEwen the silver

I enjoyed the Olympics. Too many favorite memories and names I can’t be bothered to go look up. Naeher’s foot save in the semi finals against Germany was probably my favorite. Hocker in the 1500m, Lyles in the 100m, Lebron and Durant and Curry in those finals games. Faulkner in the woman’s cycling event. The guy who set the WR in the pole vault. To name a few.

Looking forward to it being in LA. I wonder how much of a pain in the ass it is to actually go to the Olympics and spectate.

Onto football….

I found the Tom Cruise 2028 opening commercial entertaining, or maybe I was wasted. Oh well

US womens basketball almost had an epic choke job there. They are really lucky.

That gold helped tie us with China.

I greatly enjoyed that closing ceremony, really the last hour. I usually don't care, but I was sucked in once I saw HER belting on a guitar.
