I've been on a 90s/00s metal kick.  I like that music during workouts its bled over into daily listening.  System of a Down is my standout favorite from this genre/era.  Love Toxicity and BYOB albums.

I've been listening to Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets over and over again to determine which album is better.

Master of Puppets by a hair.  Both great albums.   They bring me back to the days when Metallica's speed metal was cutting edge.  Great band.

Anybody listen to the soundtrack of "The Greatest Showman"?  Mrs. Zunardo has been playing it in her car non-stop for the last few weeks.  The music makes you think the movie was about P.T. Barnum producing "The Lion King", lol.  A little over the top for me.  Hugh Jackman has an impressive singing voice, though.  One of the female singers on there can hit some notes that would scare Geddy Lee.

For me, it depends on mood. Master is more technically proficient, but Ride has a bit more raw energy, so I can go back and forth between them on a regular basis.

I think The Call of Ktulu would be my walkup music if I were a baseball player. Or Orion. Just fucking epic instrumentals that I could play on repeat all day.

Did you see he's releasing old albums on vinyl? Definitely picking up the gold Put the O Back in Country vinyl.

Back to Metallica.

I've determined that Fade to Black is their best song.

I bought this guy's latest vinyl at a local record shop recently and have been playing it a lot lately. Such a great album.

I picked up the Arlo McKinley record and it is very good. Also I have been listening to a lot of Justin Townes Earle and Steve  Earle. Copperhead Road is very very good. I also have been listening to AC/DC's new record Power Up and it is classic AC/DC!!
