Our house is officially on the market after 9 years. Funny enough we lived in our previous house for exactly 9 years as well. We already have an open house scheduled for 12:30-2 tomorrow and have received 5 showing requests for the window beforehand already this morning.

When is the last time you sold a house? Do you think you'll ever sell the house you currently own? Luckily this is the last time we'll ever sell a house.

Sold our first 23 years ago….dabbled in selling about 10 years ago but the agent wasn’t listening to our thoughts and the house we wanted had another unreasonable agent.

Just took a contract on our house last week. This is the fifth house I’ve sold (moved for job several times).

This one is not for a job and we’re moving to a new build a mile away, so the pace is slow in comparison to other moves.

What I never get used to is the volumes of things that require your signature. You start out reading carefully. But it eventually beats you down and you end up signing whatever’s put in front of you and hoping the universe treats your right.

Showing requests just keep coming. If we don’t get an offer this weekend I’ll be surprised.

I can't sell my house. It's family-kept and the paperwork that hands the house and property to one of my nieces is already filed. She is already well aware that she can't sell it, either. If she tries, the whole thing goes to another niece.

Sold a house in 2020 2021 2025. The house we are in now we will probably spend the next 5-7 years unless a job requires a move before then.

I'm actually wondering if I will ever buy a house. :/
