No, they didn't. They said there was no proof the crazy parts, much less the entirety, would be enacted.
I'm sure there are some very common sense policies in there. Some of the people who wrote those would undoubtedly be involved in the Administration, and/or have been in the past.

With that said the only two parts of that video that were true was condoms were used to float bombs, and there was a $50m aid package halted. The package was generically for “medical” which possibly could have had condoms, but obviously not $50m based on 2m residents roughly.
I believe people at the WH have already started to walk back the statement, at least to different news media outlets.

Thanks for the clarification. For further clarification, I didn’t read it. It was a direct quote from the president and repeated by his press secretary, which is why I asked. The more I have read since then leads me to believe it’s 99 percent not true.

There is always a positive spin put on the label when the government wants to spend tax dollars. Whatever label they slapped on this appropriation "condoms for hamas" likely is far more representative of its worth.
