For the record, these are all just years active at all.  If someone had 5 at-bats in a season, that would qualify, but it qualifies for all candidates.

The third winner still had over 8000 at-bats and is in the HOF, so it's not a Deion Sanders-type answer.

Hey! That was a good question to keep everyone on their toes and thinking outside the box

I know.  Hell, I was the one that got it.  I'm just busting your balls.  ;)

Collins is tied with Yaz for 4th with 23.

Napoleon is tied at 17th with 21.  Also, these are post-1900 HOFers, and he technically started in the 1800s.

Tris is tied for 11th with 22.

Fisk played 24 seasons

Yes he did.  ;)

And he never had a season with 100 strikeouts.

That puts him in as #3.

Carlton Fisk always reminds me of this Adam Sandler skit.

The Fisk part is right around :40. NSFW, but everyone should be at home anyway. It's stupid, but I loved his comedy albums in high school

Vizquel 2877.....way higher than the next able to be in the HOF...mix in his great defense.

He’s a lock to eventually get in.
