Guys like Jim Rice and some lesser guys gave me the inspiration for this thread.

I did have a bunch built up.  I went to bed to stories of these guys for like a decade.

Have a framed picture of Ted up in my office even.  My grandfather, the man who got me into baseball, has a matching one.

I know that he's not hall of fame yet, but the last question made me think of Ichiro, so I looked him up. He was 170+ his first 12 seasons, and 200+ his first 10 seasons.
