With all the pitchers you guys have on the DL, not surprised you're kicking the tires on a guy who at least was very serviceable for a few years.

Castillo giving up big HRs with FBs and wowing hitters with his change.  Just awful location.

0-2 start is a mere 5 innings away.   One more with the Natinals and the sCrUBS come to town.

Tough to say after 3 days. Last year it looked like we'd be pretty good after starting 7-2. 

Nationals are one of the best teams in the NL, so it's not like we got blown out by the Marlins or something.

Nice line for Mahle.

Great game by Barnhart and the pitching staff.  Mahle 6 innings, 4 baserunners.  Bullpen 3 innings, 4 baserunners with 3 in one inning making it very tense due to the Reds failing to add on to their 1 run lead when they had 2nd and 3rd and one out.  I think they would have scored on Billy's nubber if they'd have had the maligned contact play on.
