Not a Delpit fan. Hope the injuries were the excuse for the missed tackles.

Like him better than Winfield, maybe Chinn ranked higher? I’ll take it, I care more about covering for this team, which he is better at.

I like the Delpit pick. Seems to be a good cover person.

As fans, we don’t have any clue who will be good and who won’t be. I liked Wirfs and Winfield, but love that Browns went Wills and Delpit. Addressing the positions of need — something, we as fans, DO know something about.

Really like what Berry has done. Needed OT/S/LB and got them in first 4 picks, with a high upside DT in there as well for depth. All while acquiring an extra 5th and another 3rd for next year.

You can argue the players they took, but that is such a crapshoot. Got the positions most needed.

The first three picks look like very high value picks where the LB from LSU looks like he could've been a reach. PFF has Phillips ranked at 184.

The @PFF Draft Board ranks of the Browns draft picks:

11. Jedrick Wills Jr.
15. Grant Delpit
23. Jordan Elliott

Only team to take 3 top-25 players on our board

I wonder if Berry will have any more SEC guys to select in the next 4 rounds? If sleeper were still around his head would be exploding with this all-SEC draft lol.

So who’s playing linebacker for the browns this season?

Mack, Simone and BJ I believe are the projected starters?

I’d love to see KJ Hill available at our 9th pick in the 4th round.

Same. Said that yesterday, would love to grab him in the 4th. He’s going to be a very good WR in the NFL.

Guessing the LB Dye from Oregon in the 4th.

They’re not goin to trade Trent Williams for a 3rd

Haha...you sure about that? Traded to SF for a 5th this year and a 3rd next.

I was right, it wasn’t just a third.

Don't really understand taking a TE there...we have much more glaring holes elsewhere?

I’d say it’s a need. Njoku sucks and they’ll run 12 personnel a lot, so now they can rotate 3. He can actually block and catch, too. Lot of people projected him as a day 2 pick. Can also line up at the slot if needed. Njoku might only be here through this year, has a 5th year option that might not get picked up.

There are other needs, obviously, but I don’t mind the pick.

They are thin at TE. Hooper is the only consistent guy.

They have a pro bowl TE, a former first rounder coming off an injury, and a good blocking TE in Pharoah Brown. How many would you like? lol

It's a great value pick...but I would have liked them to look at other positions of needs.

Njoku is awful. Stefanski is gonna have 2-TE sets all the time. Hooper and this guy will be playing a lot. I would put Njoku even being on the roster at the start of the season at 40-60.

Njoku's 5th year option is due 5/3 I'm pretty sure. Will be surprised if they extend it.

NFL.com's comparison of Harrison Bryant is George Kittle. I'd be thrilled if he ended up half as good.

And TE was a "need" and was expected. They have Hooper, Njoku, Brown, Carlson and now Bryant. Bears have 10 TE's on their roster but really only have 1 or 2.
