I don't typically get a lot fish in our area, so I'm really drawing a blank. Bobby's Burgers at the casino has great onion rings.
In Newark, Bummie's makes a great fish tail sandwich, and also has great onion rings.

Bay Shore Supper Club in Oregon (suburb of Toledo)--best beer battered Lake Erie perch around.
I just had some sea bass in Ft. Wayne last week. It was delicious.
Nope
Haven't found great fish here.
Ricky's English Pub in Salem is legit though.
I don't eat any fish whatsoever, even the smell of it makes me slightly nauseous. But everybody I have talked to about it seems to love Wheeling Centre Market's "Coleman's Fish", which sells Canadian whitefish. Whenever I walk by it I breath through my mouth because the smell is so overwhelming and I always worry that it will stick to my clothes haha!
Years and Years ago there was a restaurant chain called Elby's which was really a branch of Big Boy. They had the best onion rings I've ever had in my life.
Long gone now, but Yeager's Acres in Amherst / Lorain had awesome Lake Erie yellow perch.

Try Flipside Grill on Route 800 in East Sparta. Way better and cheaper than Eadies.
When we get anywhere in the area, a stop at Jolly Roger's in Port Clinton is a must.
I had sushi last night. 16 pieces.
8 Cali Roll
2 white tuna
2 (red) tuna
2 salmon
1 crab
1 shrimp
Agree on Coleman’s fish that is awesome. Don’t get down there much. There isn’t great battered fish I have found in Columbus. Bag of nails is pretty good. Lots of other fish options tho. Had good halibut recently at tuccis. Bonefish has great sea bass and wallye. Big ups to those keeping long John silvers in business as well
