What did you get or what are you getting Dad? Plans for the day?

My kids got me a new grill that combos for gas or charcoal....or both. Son put it together, love it!

Dad has everything so I went the easy route and went gift card to Lowe’s and we are grilling out barbecue pork chops and sides for him tomorrow.

Sleep in a bit, go to church, lite lunch.....tons and tons of US Open, some Reds and cookout.

Sent my dad a Butcherbox. I'm actually jealous. A few friends have tried it and gave great reviews.

Meeting family for brunch, getting some sleep in this afternoon and working tonight. Not much fun. Oh well.

Mow the yard, run to Lowe's, man the grill, hit the pool.

My wife's aunt makes an incredible peanut butter pie.  They got me one of those.  Content with that.

We spent the weekend with our kids and grandkids, who are all down in the Cbus area...back to work today with a full heart, and already looking forward to our next visit (which is every 2-3 weeks). It was perfect.
