He had the tightrope procedure, but not going on the IR. So maybe a chance he comes back, but I fear they would be out of it by then.

I heard this and thought "the Jets may have just out Browns'd the Browns." If they can prove he's healthy and refuses to play, can't they just release him for violating his contract and not pay him?
