In a thrilling Iowa-South Dakota State game, the fourth quarter score currently is 5-3 in favor of the Hawkeyes, which might be the most Iowa thing ever.

Prediction on OSU/ND:

Ohio State 35

Notre Dame 24

Notre Dame’s defense came to play.  Losing our top receiver also complicated matters.  But I loved the way the Buckeyes came out in the second half and never got frazzled.

Ohio State’s defense looks a lot more promising this year.  I think ND is a really good team and that this win will look great as the year goes on.

It’s just not in him.  But since that’s the case, he’s doing a good job of not forcing bad throws.

Those lanes will become more and more prominent….he needs to take the 8-12 yard runs as they are there.

Teams should definitely take away the deep ball. Stroud doesn’t seem to like to run or throw the short routes.

Defense was solid.

Schedule next week looks pretty underwhelming. They’re gonna sell the Alabama - Texas game all week and Bama will win by 30.

Kentucky and Florida should be good. Florida had one of the more impressive wins yesterday and can build off it against a ranked Kentucky team.
