Did he seriously try this case, too?!?  Guy should be disbarred.

Although I will say, while I agree with the verdict there also should have been a trial.  Justice system worked like it should.

But I disagree with the elevated murder charge.  Never should have been anything other than involuntary.  The guy did die, so the question of excess force was rightfully adjudicated by a jury.  But there clearly was never any intent or motive to commit murder.

Disagree. It shouldn’t have gone past the grand jury. Having a sham trial and wasting everyone’s time is not how the justice system should work. Glad there wasn’t too much BLM outrage after the acquittal other than a few grifters.

I also found it weird that the jury took almost a week to deliberate, said they couldn’t agree on the higher charge, then when that was thrown out they acquitted on the lesser charge almost immediately. Strange.

I'm wondering the same thing.  Best guess is 1 or 2 jurors were intent to convict him regardless of the facts.  When then more serious charge was dismissed, they threw in the towel.

Alvin Bragg, again.  He also tried to prosecute that deli owner that stabbed a guy in the neck trying to rob them.  What does it take to be brought in front of the bar?!?

Meanwhile the soon to be ex leader of the DNC says that the party shouldn't give up on identity politics.

“People want to jump up and choke us and kill us for being loud, how about we do the same when they attempt to oppress us,” Walter ‘Hawk’ Newsome, a BLM leader who describes himself as Jordan Neely’s uncle and was in the courtroom every day of the trial, said outside the Manhattan courthouse. 

“Just like everybody else seeks justice on their own. Just like everybody else has vigilantes. We need some black vigilantes,” he told reporters and protesters who had turned out daily in support of Neely during the weekslong trial. 

“F—k America. How dare you laugh and cheer when someone gets away with murdering us,” Newsome added, apparently referencing the applause that erupted in the courtroom after the verdict. “Racists: burn in hell.”

Yeah, ABC is part of the 'resistance' but should have known better. I swear this is all starting to backfire in a huge way for Dems but they are being blockheads about it all. 

Dem media should be allowed to support Dem politicians all they want. But they should also be discerning when to be blatant about it, along with being a bit more strategic about when to go retard mode against Republicans. But they aren't. And now a little lighter in the pockets because of it.

How about Pelosi blocking AOC from a leadership position in favor of a 74 yr old guy, who also has cancer.

The problem is how obvious they are. They clearly get talking points from the left and then repeat it all day across multiple shows and networks. Like the JD Vance is weird thing. It’s funny that of all people Mark Cuban the other day said the Kamala team would give him talking points for his interviews but he wouldn’t say what they wanted.

Well this is a case of Democrats not being able to read a room. The populist left haven't been in the mood to listen to sermons from billionaires, professors or celebrities for a decade. 

If they keep their tone deafness, they are inviting a Vance presidency.
