In response to Snot, I would not shoot a stranger either, even if there were no repercussions, legally.

Would you work a job you absolutely hated, but couldn't retire until you were 65? You'd be miserable for 8 hours a day, but you wouldn't have to bring work home with you so your remaining hours could be as enjoyable as you wanted.
