He just doesn't have control today. He's battling though which I like to see when a pitcher doesn't have it. He hasn't fully caved yet. Sadly, our bullpen sucks worse so I don't know what I'd do about it.

Yeah, Id try to stretch him another inning. Hopefully the offense keeps putting up runs. Cause 6 likely isnt enough today with the wind out to left.

Every post has been about ubaldo sucking so enough with the negativity the tribe is winning and scoring runs. A pitcher can't bring it every game there going to have off nights.

Great job by Ubaldo today. Didn't have his best stuff, but got through five and kept his team in a position to win the game.

Now it'll be up to the bullpen *gulp*

Ubaldo makes some excellent pitches and gets out of the fifth. Time to turn it over to the pen. Would like to see a few more runs on the board...we have a tired pen.

Ubaldo with a great inning. Didn't have his A game but he gave them 5 innings and limited damage. Also had 5 or 6 K's and his fastball was hitting 95 after 100 pitches.

+1 even though he didn't have the control his velocity is up so that's a good sign

Too bad we can't carry over some of these runs to other games. Huge offensive explosion this weekend against the Royals.
